In a content shooting apparatus (Acc) for recording content data (Sav) containing video, audio, or data onto an information recording medium (), in combination with first metadata (Di, Dm) containing a parameter representing scene information (SI), and allowing access to a specific portion of the content (Sav) with reference to the scene information (SI), a camera microcomputer () detects movement of a camera () to generate the first metadata (Di, Dm) by comparing the detected movement with a predetermined value (Th), and also generates second meta data (Di, Dm) by filtering out the first metadata (Di, Dm) generated within a predetermined specific window period (W) via a predetermined function.

A camera device is provided which has a compound eye structure only by a liquid lens unit and a control unit without requiring a plurality of lenses to be mounted in advance and is capable of taking a three-dimensional stereoscopic video image. In addition, a compact and lightweight three-dimensional stereoscopic camera is provided which can be switched to take a two-dimensional planar image or to take a three-dimensional stereoscopic image only by an electronic control with no need for a movable mechanism and can reduce the power consumption and improve the reliability. The white balance of a television camera is not lost and kept properly even if the diaphragm is opened to the utmost limit at a dark place. A signal F representing the diaphragm value of the taking lens is inputted from an iris partinto a microcomputer. The level adjusting values of the R, G, and B signals are set in the microcomputeraccording to the diaphragm signal F and sent to a white balance correcting circuit. The correcting circuitadjusts the levels of the R, G, and B signals to the same value according to the level adjusting values.
