Provided are a drill that enhances work efficiency and process accuracy of a boring process, and a boring device enabling dust collection and recovery by using the drill. In a drill formed with a chip exhaustalong a center of an axis in a drill body, a large-diameter cylindrical bodywith an outer diameter increased via a different level part G or G' is provided on a base end side of the drill body, first cutting edgesare provided on a tip part of the drill body, first scrap lead pocketsleading to the chip exhaust are provided in the vicinity of the first cutting edges, second cutting edgesare provided on the different level part, and second scrap lead pocketsleading to the chip exhaust are provided in the vicinity of the second cutting edges. A boring device is configured cuch that a dust collection mechanismis coupled to a back end of the chip exhaustof the drill body, and produced chips are suction-recovered in the dust collection mechanismby boring a work material W while a driving source rotates the drill body

Drill and boring device using same

A manufacturing speed for a laminated member for every layer is increased to improve productivity and at the same time a small-sized manufacturing apparatus capable of being practically realized is provided. A base plate is mounted at a linear predetermined segment path in such a way that it can be reciprocated and moved up and down, each of one to a plurality of an insulating layer forming means for discharging ceramics slurry or insulating resin paste, conductive layer forming means for injecting conductive paste by an ink jet system and drying means for drying said slurry, paste are arranged side by side on the segment path, the thin film layer having a predetermined electrode pattern arranged thereon is formed on the ceramics insulating layer while the base plate reciprocates by once to several times over the segment path, and these operations are repeated to form the laminated member.

Apparatus for manufacturing laminated member

Disclosed is an air motor having an engine pack (with a rotor provided with front and rear retainers, a stator, and vanes) which can be assembled and replaced even by an unskilled person. An air supply joint is engaged with guide projections formed on the inner peripheral surface of a housing, with its forward end portion held in contact with the rear retainer; the forward end portion being fastened by a nut member which is threadedly engaged with the housing. On the rear face of the forward end portion are formed a plurality of first projections produced of a rigid synthetic resin, and on the front face of the nut member corresponding to the first projection are formed a plurality of second projections, so that a firm relation of engagement is established by an elastic force of restoration of the first projection; that is, the nut member will not accidentally become loose owing to the locking effect of the first and second projections. Furthermore, the engine pack can be drawn out straight by unfastening the nut member by a jig.

Disclosed is a drilling apparatus intended to obtain an image of a drilling mark for detecting the center of the drilling mark, irrespective of the material of a work (transparent material or nontransparent material). The drilling apparatus includes: a working table on which a work having a drilling mark is set; a lower lighting element provided under the working table for emitting a light to the drilling mark through a drill port; an upper lighting element for emitting a light to the drilling mark from the upper side; a camera unit provided on the working table for receiving a transmission image of the drilling mark emitted by the lower lighting element and a reflection image of the drilling mark emitted by the upper lighting element; an image processing unit for processing an image signal received by the camera unit into a binary signal and searching the binary image for detecting the center of the drilling mark; a drill; and a feed mechanism communicating with to the image processing apparatus and the drill for correctively moving the drill to the center position of the drilling mark in the X and Y directions and allowing the drill to drill the work at the center of the drilling mark, wherein the lower lighting element and the upper lighting element are switchable to each other.
