An ophthalmic imaging device for capturing a tomographic image of an eye, includes: an OCT optical system detecting interference of reference light and measurement light; a measurement optical system including an optical scanner and an objective optical system, the optical scanner being configured to deflect the measurement light to perform scanning with the measurement light; a driver configured to displace a relative position of the optical scanner with respect to the objective optical system in an optical axis direction; and a controller configured to control the driver to adjust a turning position of the measurement light in the optical axis direction. The controller changes the turning position between a first position corresponding to a first depth band of the eye and a second position corresponding to a second depth band of the eye which is different from the first depth band.

The present invention relates to an ophthalmologic apparatus for acquiring depth information of an eye including a light source; a measurement optical path guiding measurement light; a reference optical path generating reference light; and a detector generating a detection signal containing an interference signal of the measurement light via the measurement optical path and the reference light coming from the reference optical path; an actuator driving at least part of the interference optical system to vary an optical path length difference between the measurement optical path and the reference optical path; a standard optical system including optical members disposed corresponding to the optical path length differences in one of the measurement optical path and the reference optical path. An anterior segment measuring apparatus includes: a light projecting optical system for forming a light section on an anterior segment; a light receiving optical system for obtaining a cross-sectional image of the anterior segment by scattering of the light section at the anterior segment; a displacement detection unit for detecting displacement in a direction orthogonal to the light section between the position where the actual cross-sectional image is acquired and the position of the expected cross-sectional image; and a controller for forming the cross-sectional image of the anterior segment, processing the cross-sectional image to measure the anterior segment, and correcting a measurement result for the anterior segment based on a detection result by the displacement detection unit.

Anterior segment measuring apparatus

An object of one aspect of the present invention is to obtain a measurement value in accordance with the condition of a crystalline lens of an examinee's eye. An apparatus for measuring ocular axial length includes: a measuring unit which irradiates measurement waves toward a fundus of the examinee's eye, and calculates the ocular axial length of the examinee's eye based on detection signals obtained from reflected waves including waves reflected from the fundus; and a determining unit which acquires reflection information related to an anterior segment of the examinee's eye, extracts reflection signals corresponding to a reflection object between a cornea and a posterior capsule of a crystalline lens based on the acquired reflection information, and determines whether the examinee's eye is a phakic eye or an IOL eye based on the extracted reflection signals.

Ophthalmic apparatus

An ophthalmic apparatus includes an imaging optical system for imaging an anterior segment image including a pupil of an examinee's eye, a pupil detection unit for detecting a size of the pupil of the examinee's eye based on the imaged result by the imaging optical system, and an output unit configured to obtain size information of a far vision zone and a near vision zone for a multifocal intraocular lens and output the obtained size information and the size of the pupil detected by the pupil detection unit to be comparable. Accordingly, applicability of the multifocal intraocular lens can be determined accurately and easily.

An eye distance measurement apparatus according to one aspect of the invention includes an interfering optical system that projects at least one piece of split light toward an examinee's eye, combines the split light, guides the combined light to a light receiving device and moves an optical member in order to adjust an optical path difference between the two pieces of split light, a mode switching unit that issues a mode switching signal for switching between a first measurement mode for moving the optical member at a first scanning rate and a second measurement mode for moving the optical member at a second scanning rate slower than the first scanning rate, and a calculation and control unit that measures an eye distance, based on an output signal of the light receiving device, obtained in the measurement mode corresponding to the mode switching signal.
