Heat exchanger

A forced air supply combustion apparatus sucks combustion air from an air supply port. An air filter for collecting foreign matters in the air is mounted on an air-supply-port-formed plate in an insertable and drawable manner. A filter frame is arranged to be brought into close contact with a peripheral part of the air supply port in a state of having mounted the air filter in position. The air-supply-port side edge parts are provided with retaining pieces to clamp a filter side frame part in the Z-axis direction against the side edge parts. A distance in the Z-axis direction between the air-supply-port side edge parts, and the retaining pieces is set larger than a dimension, in the Z-axis direction, of the filter side frame part, and is set smaller than a sum of the dimensions to be obtained by adding to said dimensions the projection height of the projections provided in a projecting manner.

Forced air supply type of combustion apparatus

Provided is an attachment structure for a water heater capable of easily and securely attaching the water heater to a wall surface without performing strict alignment, and capable of fine adjustment of an attachment position of the water heater even after the attachment. The attachment structure for the water heater includes a first metal fitting () having a wall surface attachment portion () configured to be attached to a wall surface (W), and a second metal fitting () having an instrument attachment portion () configured to be attached to a back surface of the instrument body (). In the wall surface attachment portion, a support portion () configured to hang and support a weight of the water heater is extended in a direction separate from the wall surface (W). In the instrument attachment portion (), an engagement portion configured to engage with the support portion () from above is extended in a direction separate from the instrument body (), and a lateral length of the support portion () is set to enough length to slide the engagement portion in a horizontal direction.

Attachment structure for water heater

Circulating-type hot-water supply device

A storage type water heater comprising: a stored hot water tank; a heating unit including a heat exchanger, a gas burner, and an air supply fan; a circulation pipe line; a circulating pump; a first temperature sensor for detecting an inlet side temperature T; a second temperature sensor for detecting an outlet side temperature T; and a controller including a control arrangement which actuates the circulating pump to circulate the stored hot water inside of the circulation pipe line when the heating unit is in a non-operated state, and determines an abnormality in one of the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor based on a temperature difference (|T&#x2212;T|).

Storage type water heater

A hot water storage type hot water supply device is capable of heating water inside a hot water storage tank appropriately, thereby preventing energy waste. A circulating pump is operated and a burner is incinerated, when the average of detected temperatures from water temperature detectors falls below a predetermined lower limit temperature. The burner is extinguished when an accumulated heating amount from the beginning of operation of a heat source equipment becomes equal to or more than a target heating amount necessary for elevating the total amount of water in the hot water storage tank to a preset hot water delivery temperature. The circulating pump is continuously operated after extinguishing the burner, until an accumulated circulated water amount of a circulating path becomes equal to or more than a predetermined water amount set to be equal to or more than a capacity of the hot water storage tank.

Hot water storage type hot water supply device

There is provided an indoor mounting water heater in which combustion exhaust gas is discharged to the outdoors via an exhaust duct, wherein a decrease in draft force caused when the number of burner groups to be burned is reduced by a capacity changeover mechanism to decrease the combustion capacity can be prevented, and the heat efficiency can be improved. Gas combustion apparatus

There is provided a circulation type hot water supply device in which a downstream end of a hot water delivering channelconnected to a heat exchangerof a water heateris connected to a water supply channelupstream of the heat exchanger, and a circulating pumpthat returns hot water fed from the heat exchanger to the hot water delivering channel to the heat exchanger through the water supply channel is provided in the hot water delivering channel. The device can reliably identify an abnormality when it occurs, such as adhesion of a deposit to an inner surface of a heat absorbing pipeto reduce heat exchange efficiency. A diagnosis is started when a hot water delivering tapis closed and a burneris subjected to combustion. In the diagnosis, supply of water to the heat exchangeris first stopped to shut down the burner. Then, the presence of an abnormality is determined when an amount of increase of a detection temperature from a hot water delivering temperature sensorreaches a predetermined threshold value or more.

Circulation type hot water supply device

A hot water supply system includes: a casinghaving an opening in a front face; a front panelcovering the front face of the casing; and a console boxattached to the casing. The front panel has a window into which the console box is to be fitted. The clearance between the window and the console box is eliminated to improve the appearance of the system, and it is provided that the front panel can be attached to the casing without problems. In order to eliminate the clearance between the windowand the console box, the windowhas a size enough for the console boxto be tightly fitted therein. In order that the console boxfitted in the windowcan move vertically and horizontally together with the front panel, a support platefor the console boxis attached to the casingwith a vertical and a horizontal play.
