A fastening device is equipped with a stocker. The stocker has a circular arcuate shape which is curved in a horizontal plane, and accommodates fastening tools in a state of being aligned in a row. The fastening tool that is positioned at a most downstream side of the stocker is supplied to the receiving site by an unloading and supplying device. Furthermore, the fastening tool supplied to the receiving site is screw-rotated by a screw-rotating device that is displaced toward the fastening tool.

A sewing device includes: a plurality of actuators; and a plurality of seating bodies that are provided in an attachable/detachable manner to the individual actuators to seat on certain regions of an object-to-be-sewn. The sewing device further includes a restraining jig. Due to the restraining jig collectively restraining the plurality of seating bodies provided to the actuators, the plurality of seating bodies can withdraw from the actuators.

Provided is a camera focus adjustment jig () fixed to an inspection device and adjusting a focus of a camera (), the inspection device including the camera () configured to photograph an automobile V, and a movable arm () to which the camera () is fixed via a fixing part () and configured to move the camera () to a photographing position where the automobile V is photographed. The stop position of a workpiece is detected by a position detection unit. A control unit calculates and records a difference between the detected stop position (actual stop position) and a reference stop position set in advance. After recording the difference multiple times, the control unit performs a statistical processing of the differences and calculates a compensation amount based on results of the statistical processing. In the next position detecting, the position detection unit is disposed at a compensated position which is obtained by adding the compensation amount to the reference stop position, and in this state, detects the position of a predetermined portion of the workpiece.

A brake fill tool for filling a brake housing in a braking system on a vehicle includes a nozzle housing having a nozzle for filling a reservoir chamber of the brake housing, a manual clamping mechanism connected to the nozzle housing that selectively clamps the nozzle to the brake housing, and a pressurized sealing mechanism that is connected to the nozzle housing. The pressurized sealing mechanism selectively seals the nozzle to the brake reservoir after the manual clamping mechanism clamps the nozzle to the brake housing.

Brake fill tool

A conveying operation method and device that can continue an operation on a workpiece to prevent reduction in production efficiency in conveying a workpiece and performing an operation on the workpiece even if conveyance of the workpiece is stopped during the operation on the workpiece. The workpiece is conveyed by a workpiece conveying device, a movable stand is moved in synchronization with the workpiece conveying device in operation areas along a conveying path, and an operation is performed on the workpiece by an operation device provided on the movable stand. When movement of the workpiece conveying device is stopped, the movable stand stops in synchronization with the workpiece conveying device to continue the operation on the workpiece and complete one cycle operation. When non-normal operation is performed on the workpiece, the workpiece is retracted to a position different from the conveying path while being supported by the movable stand.

Conveying operation method and conveying operation device

An assembling apparatus and method easily applicable to an existing production line and capable of improving assembling quality and reducing equipment cost. The assembling apparatus performs processing such as part assembling or the like to a processed part which is free-flow conveyed by a processed part conveyor. The processing is performed by a robot which is conveyed in the same direction as the processed part by a robot conveyor having its own motor. The processed part conveyor is provided with a removable pallet for supporting the processed part. The robot conveyor comprises a turntable which mounts and rotationally positions the robot thereon, a pallet support provided on the turntable so that the removed pallet from the processed part conveyor is supported thereon, and a connector for connecting with the processed part conveyor to synchronously convey the same.
