A conductor connection structure for a plurality of plate-like routing members includes the plurality of plate-like routing members, a plurality of terminal members, and a circuit board. Each of the plurality of plate-like routing members has a conductor exposed part in which a strip flat conductor is exposed, at a part of an insulating coating member coating an outer circumferential surface of the strip flat conductor. Each of the plurality of terminal members has a board connecting part connected to the conductor exposed part so as to be conducted to the strip flat conductor. The circuit board includes a plurality of circuit conductors, and terminal connecting parts on the plurality of circuit conductors are respectively electrically connected to the board connecting parts.

Conductor connection structure for plate-like routing members

A conductor connection structure includes a first plate-like routing member, a second plate-like routing member and a connection mechanism. The first plate-like routing member includes a first flat conductor and a first insulative coating which covers the first flat conductor. A first conductor piece is continuously extended from the first flat conductor at one longer edge of the first plate-like routing member and is exposed from the first insulative coating. The second plate-like routing member includes a second flat conductor and a second insulative coating which covers the second flat conductor. A second conductor piece is continuously extended from the second flat conductor at one longer edge of the second plate-like routing member and is exposed from the second insulative coating. The connection mechanism connects the first conductor piece and the second conductor piece to each other electrically.

A connection structure of a plate shaped routing material and an electric connection box, includes a plate shaped routing material, an electric connection box, and a connection mechanism. The plate shaped routing material includes a belt like flat shaped conductor in which an outer surface is covered with an insulating coating, a connecting cut-out part in which a part of an edge part in one long side part is removed in a rectangular shape, a conductor piece part exposed from the insulating coating in the connecting cut-out part, and a cut-out edge part.

Connection structure of plate shaped routing material and electric connection box

A connector is adapted to be attached to a case of an electronic device unit. The connector includes a connector assembly adapted to be accommodated in the case through an opening provided in the case, an escutcheon adapted to be attached to the case to close the opening, and an elastic member arranged at a position to be interposed between the connector assembly and the escutcheon when the escutcheon is attached to the case in a state in which the connector assembly is accommodated in the case. The connector assembly includes a terminal, a housing holding the terminal, and a circuit board connected to the terminal. The elastic member is configured to bias the connector assembly toward the case such that the circuit board is pressed against the case to position the connector assembly with respect to the case.

Connector with a biasing elastic member

Provided is a method capable of reducing the amount of a coating part remaining between a conductor and a bonding object. A chip comes closer to an anvil so that the flat cable and the terminal are sandwiched between the chip and the anvil. The flat cable and the terminal are pressed so as to come close to each other. When the chip ultrasonically vibrates, vibrations of the chip propagate to the terminal, causing the terminal to ultrasonically vibrate. Then heat is generated in a plate part by friction between the chip and the plate part. The coating part being positioned between the conductor and the plate part melts from the generated heat and is removed. Thereby the conductor and the plate part come into contact with each other resulting in a solid-phase bonding together.

Method for bonding flat cable and bonding object, ultrasonic bonding device, and cable

A holder has a flat cable insertion chamber for a flat cable to be inserted and a cutting blade penetration hole penetrating the flat cable insertion chamber. A jig has a cutting blade penetrating the cutting blade penetration hole of the holder with the flat cable inserted into the flat cable insertion chamber and forming a slit in a cover between a plurality of conductors of the flat cable.

A first shielding case of a receptacle respectively has arms extending to a forward side to be forwardly folded back from proximal ends fixed to a back end of an upper surface wall, stopper walls formed on free ends of the arms and projecting from outside to inside of the first shielding case and abut on an unauthorized plug in inserting the unauthorized plug, plug pickup parts formed on the free ends of the arms and are integrally formed in parallel with the stopper walls and projecting from outside to inside of the first shielding case and abut on an authorized plug in of inserting the authorized plug, and holes formed near to an opening of the upper surface wall, the holes into which the stopper walls and the plug pickup parts are inserted, on both ends of a width direction.

In the rear of the shield case (), a stress countermeasure portion () is formed to distribute or mitigate a stress occurring due to deformation and displacement of the pressing portion (). The stress countermeasure portion () is formed between the pressing portion () and a substrate connection portion (). The stress countermeasure portion () is formed in the vicinity of the pressing portion (). In a small space between a base (or bend portion) of the pressing portion () and the stress countermeasure portion (), the force in a twist direction acts due to the occurred stress. This force is distributed or absorbed according to presence and shape of the stress countermeasure portion ().

Optical module

For providing a removable electrical connector to be attached and removed easily without being damaged, a structure of the removable electrical connector has a receiving part, a pivoting part, an engaging and disengaging part, and a rotation allowing part. The removable electrical connector is pivoted around a first edge of the connector housing of the pivoting part. A second edge opposed to the first edge of the removable electrical connector of the engaging and disengaging part is engaged with and disengaged from the receiving part of a mating connector or a mating equipment. The rotation allowing part allows the removable electrical connector to rotate around the pivoting part.

Connection structure for electric wire and terminal, connection method therefor and terminal connecting apparatus

An end structure is provided for a coaxial connector where an exposed braided wire of a shield wire is press-fitted to a shield terminal. In the structure, the shield terminal includes a bottom par, a pair of half-box parts on both sides of the bottom part and a pair of press-fitting pieces for the braided wire. The parts are capable of plastic deformation to their closing position where their opposing end faces come into contact with each other. By closing the box part, an inner housing, an inner terminal and a part of exposed braided wire are covered with the shield terminal, while the braided wire is press-fitted to the pair of press-fitting pieces.

End structure for coaxial connector and method of treating end thereof

A shielded connector having a rear opening for putting a shielded wire through is provided with a shielding terminal that is capable of being closed about the wire at the rear opening so as to improve the electrical shield. The shielded connector includes: an inner terminal connected to an inner conductor of a shielded wire having a shielding member; an inner housing to accommodate the inner terminal; a shielding terminal to cover the inner housing and to be connected to the shielding member of the shielded wire; an outer housing to accommodate the shielding terminal; a lid member provided at a rear opening of the shielding terminal and integrally connected therewith through a hinge; and a pressure contact portion formed on the lid member so as to press the shielding member of the shielded wire, wherein the inner terminal is electrically shielded. The shielded connector further includes a spacer having an engaging plate to lock the shielding terminal to the outer housing, which engaging plate has a pressing portion to press the lid member on the shielding member of the shielded wire.
