A wire harness includes an exterior member having a tube shape. The exterior member includes a flexible tube part formed in a flexible bellows tube shape and a straight tube part. The straight tube part is formed continuously with the flexible tube part so as to arrange the conductive path straight and has a non-bellows tube shape. A continuous portion between the flexible tube part and the straight tube part includes a tapered portion formed in a whole peripheral direction of the exterior member so as to reduce stress concentration in the continuous portion. An inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion include slopes connecting a top of a bellows projection of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part, or connecting a groove bottom of a bellows recess of the flexible tube part and the straight tube part.

Wire harness

An outer cover is made of resin, and includes a flexible tube portion having flexibility and a straight tube portion to be arranged in a straight manner. At least one of the flexible tube portion and the straight tube portion has differently shaped sections contiguously formed along a tube axial direction.

A corrugated tube of the present invention has a rigid portion, a bellows portion, and a gradually varying portion. The rigid portion is formed in an end portion of the tube, and has a first half-circumference portion having a recess/projection-repetitive structure in which grooves and projection strips are arranged alternately in the tube longitudinal direction and a second half-circumference portion having a straight structure with no grooves or projection strips. The bellows portion is formed in a center portion of the tube and has the first and the second half-circumference portions both of which have a recess/projection-repetitive structure. The gradually varying portion is formed between the rigid portion and the bellows portion, and has the first half-circumference portion having the recess/projection-repetitive structure and the second half-circumference portion having the gradually varying structure in which the height of the projection strip decreases gradually from the bellows portion to the rigid portion.

Corrugated tube and wire harness

A corrugated tube has a tubular shape and is configured such that a conductor path is inserted into an inside thereof. The corrugated tube includes a bellow portion and a rib. The bellow portion has recessed grooves and projecting stripes which are alternately arrayed in a longitudinal direction of the tubular shape and extend in a circumferential direction of the tubular shape. The rib is formed in a portion of the bellow portion in the longitudinal direction and extends in the longitudinal direction. At least one of corners of a sectional shape of the rib viewed from the longitudinal direction is a curved portion having a predetermined curvature radius.

An electric wire protective tube is configured such that a straight tube section in a shape of a straight tube and a bendable tube section that is bendable are provided along a longitudinal direction, and is configured to have a shape of a tube that allows an electric wire to be arranged therein. The electric wire protective tube has a tubular inner shield portion made of an electrically conductive material and forming an inner surface of the tube, and an exterior portion made of resin and forming an outer surface of the tube. The inner shield portion is provided such that it is firmly attached to an inner surface of the exterior portion in the straight tube section, and such that it is separable from an inner surface of the exterior portion in the bendable tube section.

Electric wire protective tube

A harness exterior protection member with an electric wire bundle inserted therein includes a bent portion and a straight portion which are formed in a cylindrical shape in an integrated manner formed of a flame-retardant polyamide resin composition. A thickness of the straight portion is set to be twice to four times of a thickness of the bent portion. A bending radius of the bent portion is 10 mm or larger, and a bending strength of the straight portion is 15 to 25 N.

Harness exterior protection member and wire harness using the same

An object of the present invention is to provide a clamp-integrated wiring harness protector for assembling, in which a man-hour for assembling the protector is unnecessary, and workability upon assembling with a wiring harness is satisfactory, and the wiring harness is protected after assembling, and the protector can be produced at low cost. The clamp-integrated wiring harness protector for assembling including: a sheet-shaped portion; and a clamp portion integrally formed with the sheet-shaped portion.

Clamp-integrated wiring harness protector for assembling and method for producing the same

A harness exterior protector basically includes: a synthetic-resin-made flat bellows tube portion; and a flat straight tube portion integrally continued to the flat bellows tube portion. A round bellows tube portion may be provided instead of the flat bellows tube portion. A round straight tube portion may be provided instead of the flat straight tube portion. Preferably, an inner peripheral surface of the bellows tube portion and an inner peripheral surface of the straight tube portion are continued straight to each other without difference in level.

Harness exterior protector

An electric wire sheathing protection tube is formed from an insulation resin into a tubular shape, accommodates an electric wire in an interior thereof and is fixed to a predetermined position by a fixing member. Bendable portions which constitute bendable sections and non-bendable straight tube portions which constitute sections which are held into a straight tube shape are provided continuously and alternately along a longitudinal direction of the electric wire sheathing protection tube. A fixed attaching portion to which the fixing member is fixedly attached is provided integrally on at least one section in the non-bendable straight tube portions. A slidable attaching portion to which the fixing member is attached so as to slide in the longitudinal direction is provided integrally on at least one section in the non-bendable straight tube portions.

Exterior protection tube for electric wire

At least one section of non-bendable straight tube portion includes longitudinal movement restriction protrusions which are provided to protrude from an outer peripheral surface of the non-bendable straight tube portion and are provided with an interval which is equal to a width of a fixing member. In addition, the non-bendable straight tube portion further includes a peripheral movement restriction protrusion provided to protrude from the outer peripheral surface to linearly extend from one end to the other end of the non-bendable straight tube portion along the longitudinal direction of the non-bendable straight tube portion in order to restrict movement of the fixing member in a peripheral direction with respect to the non-bendable straight tube portion.
