A curing resin composition which enables formation of an antireflection layer having good antiscratchability and a cured film obtained from such a curing resin composition are disclosed. The curing resin composition contains (A) a siloxane oligomer having an average molecular weight of 500-10000 in terms of ethylene glycol and (B) a fluorine compound having a number-average molecular weight of 5000 or more in terms of polystyrene and having a fluoroalkyl structure and a polysiloxane structure.

The present invention relates to a method of producing an electroconductive cellulose-based film having high uniformity and transparency and excellent in optical properties while preventing a bleaching phenomenon at the time of forming an electroconductive layer. An antireflection film having a hard coat layer prepared on one side of a transparent substrate directly or through other layers, and further an antireflection layer laminated on a surface of the hard coat layer, wherein the antireflection layer is formed by a dry cured film obtained from a solution comprising a siloxane oligomer (A) obtained by condensation polymerization after partial hydrolysis of a hydrolyzable alkoxy silane that contains a tetra alkoxy silane represented by a general formula (1): Si(OR)(where R represents methyl group or ethyl group) as a principal component and a compound (B) having a fluoro alkyl structure and a polysiloxane structure, is excellent scratch-proof property, stain resistance, and cured in a short period of time at comparatively low temperature.

An antireflection layer is formed directly or through an other layer at least on one side of a transparent base film of an antireflection film. The antireflection layer is made of at least two kinds of low refractive index materials satisfying a relationship of refractive index: n&#x2266;1.49. The antireflection layer is excellent in antireflection characteristics and mar resistance. When the antireflection layer is formed on a hard coat layer having an uneven surface roughened by particles, the antireflection film is excellent in antiglareness.
