An optical coherence tomographic device may include: a light source; a measurement light generator that generates measurement light and generates reflected light from a target region in a scattering sample by irradiating the target region with the measurement light; a reference light generator that generates reference light; an interference light generator that generates interference light by combining the reflected light and the reference light; an interference light detector that detects the interference light and generates interference signals by converting the interference light; and a processor. The processor may cause the OCT device to execute: acquiring tomographic images for a same cross section in the target region in time series from the interference signals; calculating an entropy of the generated interference signals based on the tomographic images; and specifying a dynamic part in the tomographic images based on the calculated entropy.

Optical coherence tomographic device

An ophthalmic apparatus may include: a wavelength sweeping light source; a reference optical system; a calibration optical system; a light receiving element configured to receive calibration interference light which is a combination of calibration light and reference light; and a signal processor configured to sample a calibration interference signal outputted from the light receiving element when it receives the calibration interference light. The signal processor may sample the calibration interference light in at least first and second frequency bands, which are different and used for measuring a specific region of a subject eye. The ophthalmic apparatus calculates a difference between first and second waveforms, the first waveform being a waveform of the calibration interference signal that is sampled in the first frequency band and Fourier transformed, the second waveform being a waveform of the calibration interference signal that is sampled in the second frequency band and Fourier transformed.

Ophthalmic apparatus

An ophthalmic apparatus may include a first light source configured to output a first light, a second light source configured to output a second light, a first interferometer configured to execute an examination of a first range using first interference light, and a second interferometer configured to execute an examination of a second range using second interference light, the second range being different from the first range. A central wavelength of the first light may be different from a central wavelength of the second light. A first optical path and a second optical path may at least partially overlap with each other, the first optical path being an optical path of the first light, and the second optical path being an optical path of the second light. The examination of the first range and the examination of the second range may be able to be executed simultaneously.

An optical coherence tomographic device may include a light source, a measurement light generator, a reference light generator, an interference light generator, an interference light detector, and a processor. The interference light detector may include a first and second detector that convert interference light to interference signals, a first signal processing unit that samples the interference signal from the first detector, and a second signal processing unit that samples the interference signal from the second detector. Each of the first and second signal processing units may sample the interference signal at a timing from outside. Light generated by the measurement light generator may at least include first and second correction light. The processor may correct a time lag between sampling timings of the first and second signal processing units by using a first and second correction signal converted from the first and second correction light.

Optical coherence tomographic device comprising dual correction beams of different path lengths

An optical coherence tomographic device configured to acquire a tomographic image of a subject by using an optical interferometry is provided. The optical coherence tomographic device include: a detector configured to detect interference light acquired by the optical interferometry, and to output an interference signal of the interference light; and a processor configured to calculate von Neumann entropy of noise components by using the noise components and signal intensities of the interference signals corresponding to at least one interference light detected by the detector.

The optical coherence tomography includes a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: vectorize the Jones matrix and then convert the vectorized Jones matrix into an expanded matrix; calculate at least an eigenvalue and at least an eigenvector of the expanded matrix by performing an eigenvalue decomposition to the expanded matrix; and estimate the polarization characteristic of the subject by using at least an eigenvalue and at least an eigenvector of the Jones matrix acquired based on the at least eigenvalue and the at least eigenvector of the expanded matrix.

Optical coherence tomography using polarization information

An optical coherence tomography includes a light source, a light separator, a light generator configured to generate interference light, a detector configured to detect the interference light, a first optical element, and at least one of second optical elements comprising a pair of surfaces, and performs forming a tomographic image of a subject. Optical coherence tomography

An optical tomographic imaging apparatus capable of acquiring a two-dimensional or/and three-dimensional tomographic image having higher SNR and quality by cancelling phase change caused by birefringence of a sample in average processing using a predetermined kernel region, and calculating a global phase difference of each pixel in the kernel. The optical tomographic imaging apparatus includes a processing unit configured to: set a predetermined kernel to a B scan image or/and C scan image (volume data) acquired corresponding to a Jones matrix; model the Jones matrix of each pixel in the set predetermined kernel by using one or more unitary matrices to calculate a relative global phase of each pixel; and cancel the calculated relative global phase in each pixel in the predetermined kernel to average each element of the Jones matrix in the predetermined kernel.

Optical tomographic imaging apparatus

Provided is an optical tomographic device for simultaneously acquiring a plurality of tomographic images at a same position in a subject without narrowing a depthwise measurement range. A measurement light generator generates at least two measurement lights with different optical path lengths, superimposes the at least two measurement lights, radiates the resultant light to a subject, and splits reflected light reflected from the subject into at least two reflected lights. A reference light generator generates at least two reference lights with different optical path lengths. An interfering light generator combines the at least two reflected lights and the at least two reference lights having corresponding different optical path lengths, to generate at least two interfering lights. An interfering light detector detects the at least two interfering lights independently by at least two interfering light detectors.

Optical tomographic device capable of acquiring a plurality of tomographic images

A sample clock generator includes a first optical path and a second optical path through which input lights are guided, an optical phase shifter to shift a phase of the input light guided through the first optical path, an interference-light generating unit to combine a phase-shifted input light and the input light guided through the second optical path to thereby generate an interference light for sample clock, a splitting unit to split the interference light for sample clock into two split lights having different phases, one light receiving unit to at least receive one split light from among the two split lights having different phases, the other light receiving unit to at least receive the other split light, a signal generating unit to generate a sample clock signal based on signals outputted from the one light receiving unit and the other light receiving unit.
