A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules laminated in a first direction via a conductive plate. A plurality of power storage modules include a plurality of laminates including each of the plurality of laminated electrodes, and a sealed body provided on each side surface of a plurality of laminates. The plurality of laminates are restrained in the first direction by a restraining member in a state of being laminated via the conductive plate. The sealed body includes a main body portion covering each side surface of the plurality of laminates, protruding portions protruding in the width direction intersecting the first direction with end portions of the main body portion as base ends, and at least one deformation suppressing portion protruding from the protruding portion in the first direction and forming a protruding shape.

In a power storage module, a side surface of an electrode laminate body has a welded layer where first sealing portions adjacent in a lamination direction are welded. A sealing body has: a side surface (opening wall) provided with a through hole communicating with an internal space; and side surfaces (non-opening walls) lacking the through hole. A power storage device includes a power storage module and a pair of conductive plates configured to sandwich the power storage module. The power storage module has an electrode laminate and a sealing body configured to seal the electrode laminate. A power storage module includes an electrode laminate including a plurality of bipolar electrodes which are laminated and a sealing body sealing a space between a pair of the bipolar electrodes adjacent to each other in a laminating direction among the plurality of bipolar electrodes in the electrode laminate. Each of the plurality of bipolar electrodes includes an electrode plate. The sealing body includes a group of primary sealing bodies each provided at an edge portion of the electrode plate and a secondary sealing body. The power storage device includes power storage units arranged with a conductive plate interposed therebetween in the vertical direction, each of the power storage units includes an electrode stack including bipolar electrodes stacked with a separator interposed therebetween, and a sealing member provided around the electrode stack so as to seal a housing space formed between adjacent electrodes of the electrode stack. At least one of the power storage units is provided with an overhang member on an outer peripheral surface of the sealing member. Provided is an electricity-storage module including: a stacked body that includes electrodes which are stacked along a first direction; a sealing body that is provided to the stacked body so as to surround a peripheral edge portion of the electrodes, forms an inner space that stores an electrolytic solution between the electrodes adjacent to each other along the first direction, and seals the inner space; and a reinforcing body that is provided in the electrodes so as to suppress deformation of the electrodes. The electrodes include bipolar electrodes and a negative terminal electrode, the negative terminal electrode includes the electrode plate and a negative electrode provided on the second surface, and is disposed at one end of the stacked body in the first direction such that the second surface faces an inner side of the stacked body in the first direction.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy plastically-processed article, capable of preventing a burning crack from occurring due to processing heat generated during plasticity processing while maintaining a solution-treatment temperature of an aluminum alloy material for ensuring a mechanical strength thereof. A method for manufacturing an electricity-storage module includes: preparing a stacked body and first sealing portions; processing an extension portion of one or more first sealing portions included in an outer edge portion in a stacking direction of the stacked body so that an extension portion length of the one or more of first sealing portions becomes shorter than a length of the extension portions of the first sealing portions which are not included in the outer edge portion; and forming a second sealing portion that is provided at the periphery of the first sealing portions when viewed from the stacking direction and covers at least parts of outer surfaces of the first sealing portions located at stacking ends of the stacked body in the stacking direction by injection molding in which a resin material is caused to circulate in a mold frame.

Electricity-storage module manufacturing method and electricity-storage module

A power storage module includes an electrode laminate in which bipolar electrodes are laminated and a sealing body formed of a resin. The bipolar electrode includes an electrode plate, a positive electrode provided on one surface of the electrode plate, and a negative electrode provided on another surface of the electrode plate. The sealing body is provided on a side surface of the electrode laminate to surround an edge portion of the bipolar electrode. The sealing body includes a first resin portion and a second resin portion. The first resin portion is welded to the edge portion of the bipolar electrode. The second resin portion surrounds the first resin portion from an outer side along the side surface. A mold shrinkage factor of the first resin portion is lower than a mold shrinkage factor of the second resin portion.

An ejector-type refrigeration cycle has a compressor, an ejector module, a discharge capacity control section, and a pressure difference determining section. The ejector module has a body providing a gas-liquid separating space. The pressure difference determining section determines whether a low pressure difference operating condition is met. The low pressure difference operating condition is an operating condition in which a pressure difference obtained by subtracting a low-pressure side refrigerant pressure from a high-pressure side refrigerant pressure a predetermined reference pressure difference or lower. A binding position of the harnesses which is caused by the binding member is located at a side opposite to the elastic body relative to a connecting position between the electrode terminal and the connecting terminal, and the harness that branches off from the binding member has a flexure between the binding position and the connecting position.
