A lid body includes a terminal member of at least one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, a sealing plate including an attachment hole for attaching the terminal member, and a sealing material containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler. The terminal member is inserted into the attachment hole and attached to the sealing plate in a state in which the sealing material is joined to a peripheral portion of the attachment hole. Here, as the inorganic filler, an inorganic substance having a volume change rate of 20% or less after being immersed for 7 days in a test electrolyte, which is prepared at 65° C., and which contains 1200 ppm of water and 1 M of LiPF, and moreover in which a volume ratio of a solvent thereof satisfies a relationship of ethylene carbonate:diethyl carbonate:dimethyl carbonate=1:1:1, is used.

A method for manufacturing a member, the member including: a first member made of a metal comprising a base material of which a surface is made of a material containing Al as a main component, and an irregular part formed as irregularities on the surface of the base material, the irregular part being made of the material used for the surface of the base material; and an adhesive layer formed on a surface of the irregular part, the adhesive layer comprising an adhesive formed therein, the adhesive having an isocyanate group for bonding the first member with a second member, the method including: forming the irregular part on the surface of the base material; applying the adhesive to the surface of the irregular part; and bonding the surface of the irregular part with the adhesive by drying the adhesive, and thereby forming the adhesive layer.

A method for producing a power storage device includes an insert-molding step of making a resin member by insert-molding with respect to a terminal member inserted in an insertion hole of a lid. In this insert-molding step, the insertion hole of the lid is placed in front of a gate, and a molten resin is injected through the gate to flow in an opposite gate-side space in a cavity through the insertion hole, allowing the molten resin to spread over the entire cavity, to form the resin member.

Provided is a lid body including: a terminal member being mainly made up of a first metal; a sealing plate mainly made up of a second metal; and a sealing material. The sealing plate has a mounting hole for attaching the terminal member. The terminal member is inserted into the mounting hole and is attached to the sealing plate in a state where the sealing material is joined to a peripheral edge portion of the mounting hole. With as αa coefficient of linear expansion at 25° C. of the sealing material, αas a coefficient of linear expansion at 25° C. of the first metal and αas a coefficient of linear expansion at 25° C. of the second metal, α≤α≤αis satisfied, where αis the higher value and αis the lower value from among the αand α.

A nano projection structure inspection apparatus herein disclosed includes an inspection light irradiation part and a chromameter. The inspection light irradiation part irradiates inspection light to an inspected surface being a surface of a metal. An imaging optical axis of an imaging element of the chromameter is arranged to be tilted to a regular reflection direction of the inspection light caused by the inspected surface. The chromameter makes the imaging element receive diffusion reflection light, among reflection light of the inspection light from the inspected surface, the reflection light containing regular reflection light and the diffusion reflection light, so as to inspect a nanoscale projection structure on the inspected surface.
