Provided is an antenna device includes a base connector fixed to a support substrate, a module connector connected to the base connector to the base connector, and an antenna module fixed to the module connector and configured to transmit or receive a radio wave. The base connector includes a base-side casing, a base-side fitting portion, and multiple base-side terminals. The module connector includes a module-side casing, a module-side fitting portion, and a multiple module-side terminals. The antenna module includes an antenna substrate and an antenna element provided on a front surface of the antenna substrate. In a state in which the base connector is fixed to the support substrate and the module connector is connected to the base connector, the antenna module is fixed to the module-side casing such that the front surface of the antenna substrate faces up diagonally to the outside of the module connector.

An electrical connector includes an outer conductive member including a cylindrical member and an outer lid portion for covering the cylindrical member; an insulation member disposed in the outer conductive member; and a terminal disposed in the insulation member. The insulation member includes a main body portion retained in the cylindrical member, a middle lid portion for pressing a center conductive member of a coaxial cable and a cut portion formed between the main body portion and the middle lid portion. The terminal includes a contact portion for contacting with the center conductive member and an engaging portion for engaging with a mating connector, so that the middle lid portion is bent at the cut portion to press the center conductive member against the contact portion when the outer lid portion is bent to cover the cylindrical member and push the middle lid portion.

Electrical connector

A connector device includes a first connector and a second connector to be connected the first connector. The first connector includes a first housing, a plurality of first signal terminals arranged in the first housing, and a first shell for covering an outer portion of the first housing. The second connector includes a second housing, a plurality of second signal terminals arranged in the second housing, a second shell for covering an outer portion of the second housing, and a first ground terminal disposed between the second signal terminals for separating the second signal terminals. When the first connector is connected the second connector, the first signal terminals contact with the second terminals.

Connector device

The head end surface of an optical fiber () and the head end surface of an optical fiber () are butted to each other in an alignment member () of an adapter (). In the butting, because one of the members clasping the optical fiber () is a plate () that is short, the optical fiber () is bent and buckled between the left end of the short plate and the right end of the alignment member. Members clasping the optical fiber () are a long plate () and a V-grooved base plate (), and the optical fiber () is therefore horizontally fixed between each of right ends of the long plate and of the V-grooved base plate () and the left end of the alignment member. This results that the head end surface of the optical fiber () and the head end surface of the optical fiber () are in tight contact with each other, achieving excellent optical transmission between both optical fibers.

Optical connector

There is provided an optical connector device which prevents leakage of light until right before connectors are connected to each other and is small-sized by a reduction in space for housing shutters. The optical connector device is an optical connector device comprising a first optical connector and a second optical connector. When shutters for shutting out light from the optical connectors are collided with each other, the shutters move to positions where they do not shut out the light. Therefore, the first optical connector and the second optical connector are connected to each other. After moving, the shutter of the first optical connector and the shutter of the second optical connector are inserted into the second optical connector while remaining contacting each other.

An optical connector comprises a housing having a ferrule holding portion for holding a ferrule to be connected to an optical fiber, wherein said ferrule is equipped with a split sleeve for implementing an alignment with a ferrule of a mate connector, and said ferrule holding portion has a ferrule holding through passage which allows said ferrule to be received along the direction of ferrule diameter, allows said split sleeve to be inserted along the axial direction of said sleeve, and allows said ferrule to be installed into and held to said housing.

An optical semiconductor module structure comprises a housing which has an optical coupling means comprising an optical semiconductor element and a ferrule accommodating an optical fiber therein, a portion of said housing for holding said ferrule being formed to be a protuberant portion, wherein said optical semiconductor module structure is provided with, for coupling an optical connector with said protuberant portion, a means for regulating said optical connector in the direction of the axis of said ferrule and a means for regulating said optical connector in a direction right to the axis of said ferrule.
