A tire for which a mounting direction to a vehicle is specified, has a tread portion axially divided into five land portions each provided with sipes. The five land portions are a first shoulder land portion, a first middle land portion, a crown land portion, a second middle land portion, and a second shoulder land portion having ground contacting surface widths W, W, Wc, Wand W, respectively, which satisfy the following condition: W>W>Wc>W=>Wunder a 50% load state of the tire.

A tire can include a pair of beads, a carcass, an inner liner, and an insulation located between the carcass and the inner liner. The carcass can include one carcass ply. The carcass ply can include a plurality of carcass cords and a topping rubber. Each carcass cord can have a total fineness of not less than 6000 dtex and not greater than 9000 dtex. The insulation can be located between first and second beads. Provided is a tire provided with a mark capable of reducing the air resistance during tire rotation while maintaining good visibility. A tire is provided with a mark on a tire side portion. The mark includes a first mark located on an outer side in a tire radial direction, and a second mark located inward of the first mark in the tire radial direction. Each of the first mark and the second mark includes a recess that is recessed from a side profile surface of the tire side portion. A depth of the recess of the first mark from the side profile surface is smaller than a depth of the recess of the second mark from the side profile surface.

A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion including a contact patch which occurs when the tire is mounted on a standard wheel rim with a standard pressure and loaded with a certain tire load at zero camber angle. The contact patch, on a respective tire load, defines a ratio Lc/Ls of a crown contact circumferential length Lc at an axial center of the contact patch to a shoulder contact circumferential length Ls at an axial location of 80% of an axial maximum width of the contact patch. The ratio Lc/Ls upon being loaded with 40%, of a standard tire load is equal to or less than 125% of the ratio Lc/Ls upon being loaded with 70% of the standard tire load.
