In a board production line having multiple work devices arranged to transfer a board from upstream to downstream and perform a predetermined operation on the board, the board production line comprising: a shared folder having storage areas configured to store board-related information, the storage areas being multiply divided according to the number of the work devices, and transferring the board-related information among the storage areas, in conjunction with transferring the board, with a first work device capable of accessing the storage areas among the multiple work devices, and a management proxy section configured to access the shared folder in place of a second work device which cannot access the storage areas, and configured to manage the board-related information so that the board-related information can be transferred among the storage areas.

A board work management device includes a board work quantity reset switch; a board work quantity counting section that counts each board on which, from among the multiple board work machines, at least one board work machine has performed work, for each of the at least one board work machines; a board work quantity memory section that memorizes the board work quantity of the board work machine counted by the board work quantity counting section; and a board work quantity resetting section that, when the board work quantity reset switch is operated, resets the board work quantity of a specified board work machine among the at least one board work machines memorized by the board work quantity memory section while the multiple board work machines are operating.

Board work management device

In a board work machine that performs board work with reference to a reference mark provided on a board, in a case of performing board work with respect to a board provided with overall reference mark and local area reference mark that acts as a reference for a local area as reference marks, when recognizing the reference marks by imaging, checking is performed as to whether a recognized reference mark is recognized correctly. For this checking, when checking whether the position deviation amount from a normal position and the relative position deviation amount of an imaging target identified as a reference mark is within the range of a set tolerance, set tolerances for a local area reference mark are smaller than set tolerances for an overall reference mark.
