The disclosure provides a technique for facilitating management of image sensors having a modular structure. A sensor system includes image sensors and an information processing device connected to the image sensors via a network. Each of the components of each image sensor is provided with a non-volatile memory for storing specific information on the component. The information processing device includes an information acquisition part for acquiring the information stored in the memory of the component constituting the image sensor from each of the image sensors via the network, and a management processing part for performing a predetermined process related to management of the image sensors by using the information acquired by the information acquisition part.

Sensor system, information processing device, and sensor management method

The disclosure provides a structure for suppressing occurrence of dew condensation on a cover member in an image sensor for industrial use. An image sensor includes an illumination part for illuminating a subject, a lens part for forming an optical image of the subject, an imaging part for generating an image based on the optical image, and a housing for accommodating the illumination part, the lens part, and the imaging part. A light-transmissive cover member covering a front side of the lens part and the illumination part is attached to the housing. A wall member partitioning a space where the lens part is arranged and a space where the illumination part is arranged is provided inside the housing, and the housing has a heat transfer structure for transferring heat generated inside the housing to the cover member.

Image sensor

The disclosure provides a technique for facilitating management of image sensors having a modular structure. A sensor system includes image sensors and an information processing device. The image sensor is a modular image sensor configured by combining modularized components. Each of the components includes a non-volatile memory for storing specific information related to the component. The information processing device includes an information acquisition part for acquiring the information stored in the memory of the component constituting the image sensor from each of the image sensors in an image sensor group installed in a target range via the network, and an information generation part for generating configuration list information indicating a combination of the components for each of the image sensors with respect to the image sensor group installed in the target range based on the information acquired by the information acquisition part.

Provided is a technique for facilitating management of an image sensor having a modular structure. The image sensor includes an imaging system and a processing part executing a process using an image acquired by the imaging system. The imaging system is configured by combining a plurality of modularized components. Each of the components includes a non-volatile memory. A user can easily select an optimum parameter set when a determination result and a statistical output are displayed in a list for each of a plurality of trial parameter candidates. For instance, while trial numbers '2', '4', and &#x201c;5&#x201d;, in which the number of false detections is zero, can perform a stable process, the parameter set of the trial number &#x201c;2&#x201d; is comprehensively assumed as optimum since the trial number &#x201c;2&#x201d; can perform the process in the shortest processing time length.

Parameter determination assisting device and parameter determination assisting program

The present invention provides a model image acquisition support apparatus, a model image acquisition support method, and a model image acquisition support program that can easily and swiftly obtain an optimum model image for an image processing apparatus that performs matching processing based on a model image set in advance with respect to a measurement image that is obtained by imaging an object. A plurality of model image candidates, serving as candidates for model image, are extracted from a reference image obtained by imaging an object which can be a model. Matching processing with the plurality of extracted model images is executed on measurement images actually obtained by a visual sensor, so that trial results are obtained. A trial result is generated upon evaluating each of the trial results of the matching processing with the model image. An optimum model image is determined based on the evaluation result.
