A moving-image processing device () synthesizes a first moving image and a second moving image. In the first moving image, a first object is drawn, and accompanied by first-object depth information. In the second moving image, a second object is drawn, and accompanied by second-object depth information. A moving image generator () generates a third moving image in which the first moving image and the second moving image are synthesized. A clash determiner () serving as an interference determiner refers to the first-object depth information and the second-object depth information to determine whether the first object and the second object in the third moving image satisfy interference conditions. In cases when it is determined that the interference conditions are satisfied, a corrector () performs deforming transformation corresponding to correction of the shape of the trajectory of movement of the second object in three-dimensional space, thereby correcting the second moving image.

A moving-image processing device () synthesizes a first moving image and a second moving image. In the first moving image, a first object is drawn, and accompanied by first-object depth information. In the second moving image, a second object is drawn, and accompanied by second-object depth information. In the second moving image, a second object is drawn, and accompanied by the anterior-surface depth of the second object. A rear-surface-depth acquirer () acquires the rear-surface depth of the first object and the rear-surface depth of the second object. A clash determiner () functioning as an interference determiner refers to the anterior-surface depth and rear-surface depth of the first object to obtain an occupancy space which the first object can occupy, and refers to the anterior-surface depth and the rear-surface depth of the second object to determine whether the occupancy space and the second object drawn in certain frames of the second moving image satisfy interference conditions. A corrector () functioning as a range setter sets, on the basis of a determination result from the interference determiner, the possible range in which the second object can be positioned without interfering with the occupancy space.

Provided is a moving-image processing device for determining interference between objects. A moving-image processing device () determines whether a first object drawn in a first moving image clashes with a second object drawn in a second moving image. A video search device for video searches in which a user specifies the position and orientation of an object that should appear in a video. A receiver receives input of a still image, two reference positions in the still image and two target positions in a video frame. An extractor extracts a reference image containing the two reference positions from the still image. A searcher searches for similar frame images in which local images similar to the reference image are depicted, from frame images in the video, traces movement tracks of two noteworthy pixels at start positions corresponding to the two reference positions in a local image when time advances or regresses from a similar frame image in the video, searches for a target frame image where the two movement tracks approach two target positions, and produces videos containing the similar frame image and the target frame image.

There are provided a foreground region extraction program, a foreground region extraction apparatus, and a foreground region extraction method capable of clipping an object region (foreground region) at high speed. An arrangement is as follows: Foreground pixels designated by a user and background pixels designated thereby are each set as a reference pixel to identify, from among a plurality of divided color spaces created by a three-dimensional color space being divided, the divided color space to which each of the reference pixels belongs, as a reference divided color space. Color distance calculation processing to calculate a color distance in the color space between each reference pixel and an adjacent pixel adjacent thereto is performed, and belonging judgment processing to judge whether each of the adjacent pixels belongs to each of the reference divided color spaces is performed, and then, cost calculation processing to calculate a cost of each adjacent pixel is performed, based on the color distance calculated for each of the adjacent pixels, and weights based on whether to belong to the reference divided color space judged for each of the adjacent pixels. Further determination processing to determine the adjacent pixel having the lowest calculated cost as a foreground pixel or background pixel is performed, and a foreground region is extracted from the image by using the determined adjacent pixel as a reference pixel to repeatedly perform the color distance calculation processing, the belonging judgment processing, the cost calculation processing, and the determination processing.
