A tube used in a heat exchanger, wherein a tube body includes a curved end portion, a pair of parallel portions, a pair of inclination portions, and a fixed portion in which a long end part extending from one of the pair of inclination portions is bent to hold therebetween a short end part extending from the other of the pair of inclination portions, and the tube is a pipe member having a flattened shape in cross-section. Poor brazing is reduced by making the inclination angle of at least part of the other inclination portion with respect to the flat plate portion larger than that of the one inclination portion.

Tube and heat exchanger provided with tube

Each tube and a corresponding fin satisfy all of the following relationships: Lp&#x2212;t&#x2267;0.03Tr+0.22; Lp&#x2212;t&#x2266;0.115Tr&#x2212;1.14Tr+2.35; and Lp&#x2212;t&#x2267;5Tr&#x2212;8.3Tr+3, where Lp denotes a width of a sub-passages, Tr denotes a refrigerant passage height, and t denotes a plate thickness of the fin. The amount of a brazing material, which is present through an entire extent of the width of the sub-passage, is set to satisfy a relationship of 0.005&#x2266;S/L&#x3c;0.5, where S denotes a size of a cross-sectional area of the brazing material, and L denotes a length of a center line of a corresponding portion of the fin, which is present through the entire extent of the width of the sub-passage.

Condenser

A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes in which a fluid flows, and a plurality of fins each of which is connected to flat surfaces of adjacent tubes to increase a heat exchange area on a side of air flowing outside of the tube. The fin includes a plate portion having a plate surface, and fin protrusions protruding from the plate surface of the plate portion. The fin protrusions are provided to be spaced from the flat surface of the tube by a predetermined distance. A flow resistance portion is provided to protrude from the flat surface of the tube toward outside by a protrusion dimension that is equal to or larger than the predetermined distance.

Heat exchanger

A tube for a heat exchanger includes a first and a second plate portions disposed opposite each other. At least the first plate portion includes a base plate portion bonded to the second plate portion by brazing and multiple protruding portions, which protrude from the base plate portion toward an opposite side from the second plate portion, having a first and a second protruding portions. A protruding dimension of the first protruding portion is larger than that of the second protruding portion. The base plate portion and the protruding portions extend straightly in a tube longitudinal direction. The second plate portion and the protruding portions have a clearance therebetween defining an internal fluid passage. The second protruding portion and the base plate portion are configured to define an external fluid passage extending in a tube width direction.

A heat exchanger having a plurality of stacked tubes () and tanks () formed of resin and coupled to the longitudinal ends of the tubes (), wherein the cooling liquid flowing in a fuel-cell () is cooled by being passed through the tubes () formed of double layers including a high heat conductivity resin portion () and an insulative resin portion ().
