A lid device includes an opening former, a lid, and a connector. The opening former is provided with an opening. The lid opens and closes the opening in the opening former. The connector intervenes between the opening former and the lid, and connects the opening former with the lid. The opening former includes a first gear. The lid includes a second gear. The connector includes a third gear meshing with both of the first gear and the second gear. The opening former and connector are made turnable relatively to one another about the axial center of the first gear. The lid and connector are made turnable relatively to one another about the axial center of the second gear. The connector interlocks the opening former turning relatively to the connector and the lid turning relatively to the connector with one another.

Lid device

A link connecting a lid and a base member of a filler lid structure includes first and second link members. At an opening position, a distance between a distal end of the lid and the base member is larger than a distance between a proximal end of the lid and the base member. The first link member swings about a first support portion in a direction in which a second support portion is moved away from the base member, when the lid shifts from a closing position to the opening position. A distance between a base support point at which the base member or the first link member supports a third support portion at the closing position and an end support point at which the lid supports a fourth support portion at the closing position changes when the lid shifts from the closing position to the opening position.

Filler lid structure

Provided is a sealing structure of a fuel inlet box exhibiting good sealing characteristics without deforming a mounting surface of a vehicle body side panel. The fuel inlet box comprises a main body member and a sealing member. The main body member has a box portion, and a storage wall bulging from a side wall of the box portion and having space for storing an arm portion of a lid body. The mounting surface is interposed between a base portion of the storage wall and a flange portion, and faces the flange portion through a gap extending in a planar direction. A seal lip of the sealing member is fixed on the flange portion, extending toward the mounting surface and inclined toward an outer peripheral side of an opening. An outer basing point of a root portion of the seal lip is located in the flange portion.

Sealing structure of fuel inlet box

The present invention prevents a lock pin from coming out of a lock hole even if a fuel lid locked in a bolted manner by intrusion of the lock pin into the lock hole is pushed toward a vehicle body. A second lock hole is formed in an inner peripheral wall of the lock hole and a protruding portion formed on the lock pin is engaged in the second lock hole when the fuel lid is pushed toward the vehicle body.

Fuel lid structure

A mounting structure for an engine cover includes: a protruded member which has a neck and a head with a larger diameter than the neck; and a recessed member which has an external circumferential surface small diameter section to be locked to a mounting hole of a mounting seat arranged so as to be opposed to the protruded member, and a concave holding the head of the press-fit protruded member. In the protruded member, at least a portion surrounding the concave is formed solid. The head is arranged closer to a rear surface of the engine cover than the mounting hole. A compression space, which is compressed in the case in which a collision load equal to or larger than a predetermined value is applied in a front and rear direction of the engine cover, is defined between the recessed member and the rear surface of the engine cover.

Mounting structure for engine cover

An engine cover has a cover body having a through hole penetrating both sides of the cover body in an area opposed to a resonant space in which resonant sounds are generated. An opening of the through hole is covered with the sound absorbing member layer. Because a part of the resonant space is open, resonant sounds generated in the resonance space are decreased.

The present invention provides a polyester resin composition for engine peripheral parts, the resin composition comprising at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and an ethylene terephthalate copolymer; an inorganic reinforcement material; and an olefin polymer, wherein a molded article produced from the resin composition has a flexural strain at break of 3.5% or higher and a deflection temperature under load of 180&deg; C. or higher.
