A brushless DC motor wherein a rotor has a motor shaft, a rotor yoke mounted on the motor shaft, and a ring-shaped magnet magnetized so as to have a plurality of magnet poles in the circumferential direction thereof, and held by the rotor yoke. A stator has first and second stator yokes each having main magnetic poles extending in the radial direction from the center thereof, magnetic pole pieces extending in the vertical direction from tip ends of the main magnetic poles along an inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped magnet, a center yoke surrounding the motor shaft for connecting magnetically said first and second stator yokes, a winding assembly having an annular winding, and a printed wiring board, on which the annular winding, a electromagnetic conversion element and a driving circuit are mounted.

Brushless DC motor

An axial flow fan wherein an impeller having a plurality of blades is supported rotatably in the cylindrical cavity portion of a venturi case so that an outer peripheral edge of each of the blades faces to an inner peripheral surface of the cavity portion with a small air gap. The outer peripheral edge of the blade is increased in thickness gradually toward a discharge port side of the venturi case from a suction port side of the venturi case. An peripheral edge portion of the blade at a suction port side of the venturi case is bent in the circumferential direction from a negative pressure surface side of the blade, so that the edge is small in thickness. An outer peripheral edge portion of the blade at a discharge port side of the venturi case has a portion extending circumferentially from a positive pressure surface side of the blade.

Axial flow fan

The present invention relates to an oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine. In the oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine according to the present invention, a first lock section is provided in a bearing housing; a first thrust spacer is relatively rotatably mounted in the vicinity of the end face of the oil-retaining bearing for a rotary machine; the first thrust spacer is provided with a second lock section, in engagement with the first lock section; a second thrust spacer is relatively non-rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft; and a third thrust spacer having elasticity is relatively rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft; the third thrust spacer being interposed between the first thrust spacer and the second thrust spacer. Furthermore, in the oil-retaining bearing structure for a rotary machine according to the present invention, a small hole is provided in the bearing housing through which the rotating shaft is mounted; at least one axial groove is formed in the inner surface of the bearing housing; and at least one radial groove is formed in the inner surface of the bearing housing; the axial groove being connected with the small hole section through the radial groove.

Oil-retaining bearing structure for rotary machine

An impeller of a centrifugal fan having fifty or more blades of not larger than 250 mm in outer diameter which has a casing and a multi-blade impeller rotatably supported in the casing, wherein a centrifugal force is applied on air entered into an inlet formed on the casing when the impeller is rotated, and an air of high pressure is taken out through an outlet formed on a portion of the casing. An outer peripheral surface of the impeller is inclined or curved so as to have an inlet side large diameter portion and a blade holding base side small diameter portion, or is stepped so as to have an inlet side cylindrical outer peripheral surface of large diameter and a blade holding base side cylindrical outer peripheral surface of small diameter connected to the inlet side cylindrical outer peripheral surface. The inlet side cylindrical outer peripheral surface and the blade holding base side cylindrical outer peripheral surface are substantially the same height.
