In a grounding structure for a driving unit of a motor-driven vehicle, the grounding structure includes an coupling portion provided to an machine casing and being coupled to a mechanism casing; a coupling portion provided to the mechanism casing and being coupled to the coupling portion of the machine casing; a circumference wall that forms a space by arranging the coupling portion of the machine casing and the coupling portion of the mechanism casing so as to face each other between machine casing and the mechanism casing; a casing hole through which the space communicates with an inside of the mechanism casing; a pressure release hole that releases a pressure of the space by causing the space to communicate with an outside of the mechanism casing; and a grounding object that is disposed in the space and that grounds the rotating device.

Grounding structure for driving unit of motor-driven vehicle

A transaxle device () for a hybrid vehicle including an engine (), a first rotating electric machine (), and a second rotating electric machine () individually transmit the power of the engine () and power of the first rotating electric machine () to an output shaft () on a drive wheel side and also transmits the power of the engine () to the second rotating electric machine (). Further, the transaxle device () includes an input shaft () which is coaxially connected to a rotating shaft () of the engine () and a switching mechanism (A) which is interposed in at least the input shaft () and switches a high gear stage (H,H) and a low gear stage (L,L).

A transaxle device () for a hybrid vehicle including an engine (), a first rotating electric machine (), and a second rotating electric machine () individually transmits power of the engine () and power of the first rotating electric machine () to an output shaft () on the side of a drive wheel from different power transmission paths and also transmits the power of the engine () to the second rotating electric machine (). Further, the transaxle device () includes a connection/disconnection mechanism () which is interposed on a first power transmission path () from the first rotating electric machine () to the output shaft (). In this cooling structure, a cooling flow path, which is meandering around a flow direction of a high temperature combustion gas, is provided in a structural body. The cooling flow path has an inflow path for a cooling air formed inside of the structural body; at least one straight flow path provided with intervals with respect to an axial line; and a turning flow path for communicating the end portions of the inflow path with the straight flow path or communicating with the end portions of the straight flow paths one after another.

Cooling structure

An impingement cooled structure includes a plurality of shroud members disposed in a circumferential direction to constitute a ring-shaped shroud surrounding a hot gas stream, and a shroud cover mounted on radial outside faces of the shroud members to form a cavity therebetween. The shroud cover has a first impingement cooling hole which communicates with the cavity and allows cooling air to be jetted to an inside thereof so as to cool an inner surface of the cavity by impingement. The shroud members each has a hole fin. The hole fin divides the cavity into a plurality of sub-cavities. Further, the hole fin has a second impingement cooling hole which allows the cooling air having flowed through the first impingement cooling hole to be jetted obliquely toward a bottom surface of the sub-cavity adjacent thereto.

To provide a dual-system switch device for a transmission, using conventional components, without newly preparing a new dual-system switch device, a switch devicefor a transmission comprises: a main inhibitor switchwhich is connected to a shift cablemoving in accordance with the select position of a shift leveroperated by a driver, and which detects the select position of the shift lever in accordance with the movement of the shift cable; and a sub-inhibitor switchwhich is connected to the shift cablevia a connecting member, and which detects the select position of the shift lever in accordance with the movement of the shift cable.

In a double-clutch transmission, a clutch of an input shaft which is not synchronously rotated with a output shaft is connected to synchronize the speed of rotation of the input shaft with that of the engine, and the rotational speed of the input shaft is measured to thereby detect a engine rotational speed.

A transmission for vehicles is composed of an input shaft provided with a plurality of drive gears and connected to a drive shaft of an engine, an output shaft disposed parallel to the input shaft, driven gears which mesh with the drive gears, individually, and are rotatably disposed on the output shaft, a synchromesh mechanism which includes a sleeve axially movable relative to the output shaft and engages with a side of the driven gears, thereby connecting the driven gears to the output shaft, and a parking gear formed integrally on a hub of the synchromesh mechanism, the parking gear radially overlapping a bearing from outside. Thus, there may be provided a transmission for vehicles that requires less component parts and has a small transverse dimension.
