A unit exchanging device for automatically exchanging a component supply unit between multiple component mounting devices in which multiple component supply units for supplying components are detachably installed includes: a gripping portion for gripping the component supply unit; a moving section for moving the gripping portion along a predetermined direction between a position for attaching/detaching the component supply unit to and from a component mounting machine; and a control section for controlling the gripping and release of the gripping of the component supply unit by the gripping portion and controlling the moving section so as to change the standby position in accordance with the gripping state of the component supply unit in the gripping portion.

Unit exchanging device

An exchange device to exchange an exchangeable element includes an arrangement directional moving section to move with respect to the component mounting device in the arrangement direction; multiple attachment/detachment directional moving sections provided in the arrangement directional moving section to move independently of each other in the attachment/detachment direction of the exchangeable element; at least one holding section provided in each of the multiple attachment/detachment directional moving sections to hold the exchangeable element; an arrangement direction driving device to move the arrangement directional moving section in the arrangement direction; and an attachment/detachment direction driving device to move multiple attachment/detachment directional moving sections, independently of each other, in the attachment/detachment direction.

Exchange device

Component mounting line includes multiple component mounting machines arranged along a conveyance direction of a board, feeder storage container that stores multiple feeders that are attachable and detachable to component mounting machine, and exchanging robot capable of exchanging feeder between feeder storage container and each of the component mounting machines, in which feeder storage container is installed in the same arrangement as the multiple component mounting machines, and exchanging robot moves along the conveyance direction of the board and exchanges feeder. Accordingly, regardless of which of the component mounting machines feeder is used in, replenishment and collection may be performed in feeder storage container, so that an operator can easily replenish and collect feeder.

Component mounting line

A component mounting system includes: a mounting line in which multiple component mounting machines, each including a component supply device, are arranged in a predetermined direction; a mobile work device, moving along the predetermined direction, which at least replenishes each of the component mounting machines with the component supply device or recovers the component supply device from each of the component mounting machines, and a management device transmits a signal to the mobile work device via a communication path. The communication path is an optical wireless communication path provided along the predetermined direction.

Component mounting system

A work apparatus and a production line that effectively moves a work apparatus at a production line while reducing setup costs. A work apparatus of the production line includes an exchanging device configured to perform collecting and supplying of an exchange element set on each of the multiple electronic component mounters; a first rail provided on a front section of the multiple electronic component mounters, extending in the conveyance direction of the circuit board, and including a planar traveling path; and a moving device configured to move the exchanging device along the first rail by driving a driving wheel configured to engage with the traveling path of the first rail via friction.

Work apparatus and production line

A component mounting line configured to move an automatic exchanging device that performs setting and removing of feeders of multiple component mounters, including a position detecting device that detects the position of the automatic exchanging device is configured from a timing belt with an end and provided to extend in a straight line along the moving lane on the front side of the component mounting line, a timing pulley that moves together with the automatic exchanging device while maintaining a state in which the teeth of the timing pulley are engaged with the teeth of the timing belt, and a rotary encoder that outputs a rotation angle of the timing pulley, and the pulse output of the rotary encoder is counted to detect the position of the automatic exchanging device.

A board work device provided with mounting head that performs work with respect to a circuit board, slider on which the mounting head is mounted, moving device that moves the slider to any position, and support pin gripping device for gripping support pins which is provided on the slider on the opposite side to the side on which the mounting head is mounted.

Board work device

A revolving nozzle station and a revolving drive device that revolves the revolving nozzle station are housed inside a cassette case of a cassette-type nozzle exchanging unit. In an outer circumferential portion of the revolving nozzle station, multiple nozzles for exchange with a nozzle of component mounter are arranged radially along a revolution path, and the nozzles are held in a detachable manner. A nozzle exchange port is formed in a top end surface of cassette case, and nozzle exchange is performed between the revolving nozzle station and a mounting head of the component mounter through the nozzle exchange port. A shutter mechanism which opens and closes the nozzle exchange port is provided in the cassette case.
