A heat pump apparatus that having a refrigerating cycle including a compressor, a gas cooler, a pressure reducing device and an evaporator and is designed so that water can be heated by the gas cooler. A refrigerant such as COor the like working in a supercritical area is filled and used at a high-pressure side in the refrigerating cycle and a radiator is equipped between the exit of the gas cooler and the pressure reducing device. The refrigerant temperature at the exit of the radiator is kept at a substantially fixed temperature irrespective of the temperature of hot water to the gas cooler.

Heat pump

A heat exchanger is provided in which high heat transfer efficiency has been attained by optimizing the slit array and setting an optimum range for the width of a slit and the spacing between slits. Slitsandformed in front of the heat transfer coiland slitsandformed behind the heat transfer coil are arranged so as to provide a mutually different length among adjoining partitioned slits in the vertical direction, as well as a mutually different length between directly opposite partitioned slits in the horizontal direction. As a result, the position at which the slit is partitioned is staggered.

Heat exchanger

It is an object of the present invention to provide a cooking apparatus which is suitable for an installation in a kitchen and cooks, bags and cools food without the use of a metallic clip. The cooking apparatus comprises a kettle for cooking food by heat, a bagging table for bagging the food cooked by the kettle, a carrying pump for carrying the food cooked by the kettle, a filling valve disposed on the bagging table and for filling the food carried by the carrying pump in a bag, a heat welding type sealer disposed on the bagging table and for heating and sealing an opening side end of the bag filled with the food by the filling valve, and a cooling device for cooling the bag sealed by the heat welding type sealer.

Cooking apparatus

A heat exchanger used for a refrigerating cycle has a plurality of grooves formed in the inner surface of a pipe thereof in the flowing direction of a refrigerant. At least two types of grooves which differ in width are used. The pipe also has fins which are coated with a hydrophilic paint that is black in color. This design enables the heat exchanger to provide improved performance.

Heat exchanger for refrigerating cycle

In a heat exchanger comprising a number of multilayered fins, and a refrigerant pipe arranged in the meandering form in the fins, and an air conditioner having the heat exchanger, each of the fins has a corrugated portion formed in an air-flow direction thereon, which has at least two wavelike portions for producing a turbulent flow of air having such strength that a temperature boundary layer of the air is broken, but resistance against to the air flow is not excessively high. Each wavelike portion may be designed to have a triangular section or a trapezoidal section, and a flat portion may be disposed between the wavelike portions.

An auger-type icemaker for producing hard chip ice of high quality comprises a refrigerated cylinder for forming ice grown on an inner wall surface thereof, a scraper auger rotatably mounted in the refrigerated cylinder for scraping off the ice on the inner wall surface of the refrigerated cylinder, and upper and lower bearing by which said scraper auger is rotatably supported in the refrigerated cylinder. The upper bearing has standard peripheral surfaces and a plurality of axial ribs projecting radially outwardly from the standard peripheral surfaces into abutment against the inner wall surface of the refrigerated cylinder. The standard surfaces include slant surfaces extending upwardly and radially outwardly progressively toward the inner wall surface of the refrigerated cylinder, and parallel surfaces extending upwardly contiguously from the slant surface and substantially parallel to the inner wall surface of the refrigerated cylinder.
