A multilayer film for packaging which is superior in, such as extensible elesticity, ability for adhering onto various surfaces, transparency, clear cutting perforamance, heat-sealability, resistance to fogging, resistance to break-through and ability for restoring from finger pressing and which comprises outer layers made of the outer layer resin composition (I) given below and an inner layer made of an inner layer resin composition composed of a higher melting component (III) and a softening component (IV) interposed between the outer layers, wherein the resin composition (I) comprises 59.5-99.5% by weight of (A) an ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer component, which is composed of at least one copolymer of ethylene and an &agr;-olefin having 3-20 carbon atoms and which has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.1-10 g/10 min. and a density of 0.850 g/cm -0.910 g/cm ; 0-40% by weight of (B) a high-pressure process low density poly-ethylene having a density of 0.915-0.930 g/cm , and 0.5-10% by weight of (C) an anti-fogging agent.

Crystalline polypropylene contains components insoluble in 64&deg; C. decane satisfying the characteristics involving intrinsic viscosity; Mz/Mn; pentadvisotacticity, D value and Mw/Mn, are excellent in hardness and rigidity, high in melt tension, and excellent in molding properties. Processes for preparing such crystalline polypropylenes, and polypropylene compositions and thermoformed products that contain such crystalline polypropylenes are also described. The number-average molecular weight Mn of the components insoluble in 64&deg; C. decane is preferably 25000 or more.

The conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric of the present invention comprises conjugate fibers, preferably core-sheath-type or side-by-side-type conjugate fibers, composed of a polyethylene-based resin (A) having a higher melting point in the range of 120 to 135&deg; C. and a lower melting point in the range of 90 to 125&deg; C., which is lower than the above higher melting point at least by 5&deg; C., and a high-melting point resin (B) whose melting point is higher than that of the above polyethylene-based resin (A) by 10&deg; C. or more, the component ratio by weight of the polyethylene-based resin (A) to the high-melting point resin (B) (A/B) being in the range of 50/50 to 10/90, and the polyethylene-based resin (A) forming at least part of the surface of the fiber longitudinally continuously. This conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric has an excellent softness and a high strength, and it is suitably used as a nonwoven fabric for sanitary materials.
