An emitter forms a flow path that runs to a discharge part from a water collecting part for receiving an irrigation liquid in a tube. The flow path includes a flow rate control part which includes: an end surface including a concave inclined surface that faces a film for receiving the pressure of the liquid inside the tube; a hole that opens at the center of the flow volume control part and connects to the discharge part; and a groove crossing the inclined surface and running to the hole. When the film adheres to the inclined surface as a result of the pressure of the irrigation liquid inside the tube, the flow volume of the irrigation liquid inside the emitter is controlled so as to be a volume that can pass through the groove.

Emitter and drip irrigation tube

This emitter is configured from an emitter body, a film, and a cover. The emitter has a water intake part, a discharge part, a first flow path, a second flow path, a flow reduction part, a flow path opening/closing part, a pressure-reducing flow path, and a bypass flow path. If the pressure of an irrigation liquid flowing through a tube is less than a first pressure, the opening of a first water intake through hole of the cover is sealed with the film. If the pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing through the tube is equal to or greater than the first pressure, the film is deformed so that the irrigation liquid is taken into the emitter body through the first water intake through hole, the space between the film and the cover, and a second water intake through hole.

Emitter and tube for drip irrigation

An emitter () adjusts the flow rate of a liquid for irrigation to be discharged from a discharge opening () of a tube () so that, according to pressure of the liquid for irrigation within the tube () received by a second membrane (), the flow rate is made smaller as the pressure becomes greater in a prescribed range of pressure. The emitter () is constituted by mating a first member () having a bottom surface with a shape that follows along the inside wall surface of the tube () and a second member () that includes the second membrane () and is mated to the first member ().

This emitter is constituted from an emitter body, a film, and a cover. The emitter has a water intake part, a discharge part, a first flow path, a second flow path, a flow reduction part, a flow path opening/closing part, a pressure-reducing flow path, and a bypass flow path. When the pressure of an irrigation liquid flowing through a tube is less than a first pressure, the irrigation liquid passes through the pressure-reducing flow path and the bypass flow path and is guided to the discharge part. When the pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing through the tube is equal to or greater than the first pressure, the second flow path is closed by the flow path opening/closing part, and the irrigation liquid taken in from the water intake part passes through the pressure-reducing flow path and is guided to the discharge part.

Emitter, and tube for drip irrigation

Provided is an emitter () comprising a flow path that leads from an intake path () for taking in irrigation liquid that is within a tube to a recessed section (). The flow path comprises opening/closing sections () that are arranged with a gap () therebetween. The gap () communicates with a discharge section. When the opening/closing sections () are pushed by the pressure of the irrigation fluid within a recessed section (), the tip sections of each of the opening/closing sections () are brought into contact and one part of the gap () is blocked. The flow rate of the irrigation fluid within the emitter () is controlled by the remaining amount of said irrigation fluid that is capable of passing through the gap ().

In the present invention, the pressure reducing flow path reduces the pressure of an irrigation liquid, and guides the irrigation liquid to the flow-rate decreasing part. The bypass flow path guides the irrigation liquid to the flow path opening/closing part in a state where the pressure of the irrigation liquid is maintained at a pressure higher than that of the irrigation liquid that has passed through the pressure reducing flow path. When the pressure of the irrigation liquid is lower than a first pressure, the irrigation liquid passes through the pressure reducing flow path and the bypass flow path to be guided to the discharge part. When the pressure of the irrigation liquid is a second pressure or higher, the irrigation liquid passes through the pressure reducing flow path to be guided to the discharge part.

An emitter () forms a flow path that runs to a discharge part () from an intake part () for receiving an irrigation liquid in a tube. The flow path includes a flow volume control part () which includes: an end surface () including a concave inclined surface that faces a film () for receiving the pressure of the liquid inside the tube; a hole () that opens at the center of the flow volume control part () and connects to the discharge part (); and a groove () crossing the inclined surface and running to the hole (). When the film () adheres to the inclined surface as a result of the pressure of the irrigation liquid inside the tube, the flow volume of the irrigation liquid inside the emitter () is controlled so as to be a volume that can pass through the groove ().

This emitter () includes a channel which spans to a recessed section (), from an intake path () for receiving an irrigation liquid inside a tube. The channel includes an aperture () which is closed by a lid () disposed so as to not be in contact with a film (). A groove is formed at the periphery of the aperture (). When the film () is pressed as a result of the pressure of the irrigation liquid inside the tube, and the lid () closes the aperture (), the flow rate of the irrigation liquid inside the emitter () is controlled so as to be the amount capable of passing through the groove. This flow-rate control continues until the pressure difference in the channel between a side upstream with respect to the lid () and a side downstream with respect to the lid () has been sufficiently reduced.

Emitter, and drip irrigation tube

A drip irrigation emitter (), which comprises a low pressure stop filter (), a pressure reduction channel (), and a diaphragm (), is disposed on the inner wall surface of a flow pipe () through which the irrigation liquid flows. The low pressure stop filter () has a hydrophobic surface and prevents inflow of the irrigation liquid when the fluid pressure is lower than an established value. The pressure reduction channel () reduces the pressure of the irrigation liquid. The diaphragm () changes the degree of opening of the pressure reduction channel () according to the fluid pressure of the irrigation liquid. The drip irrigation emitter () can be manufactured at low cost as a result of being a one-piece molding. The drip irrigation device comprising the drip irrigation emitter () stably ejects the irrigation liquid even when the liquid pressure is low.

Drip irrigation emitter and drip irrigation device equipped with same

An emitter () has, in a water intake part thereof, a water intake amount regulating part for preventing low-pressure liquid from flowing in. The water intake amount regulating part has a valve body () and a securing part (). When the pressure of the liquid meant to flow into the emitter () is less than a set value, the valve body () does not move with the securing part (), preventing the liquid from flowing into the emitter (). When the pressure of the liquid is equal to or greater than the set value, the valve body () bends downstream to open the flow channel for the liquid.

An emitter that is arranged on an inner wall surface of a tube through which an irrigation liquid flows, the emitter being arranged at a position that corresponds to a discharge opening that communicates between the inside and outside of the tube. The emitter is for quantitatively discharging from the discharge opening the irrigation liquid inside the tube and has: a water intake part that is for taking in the irrigation liquid; a discharge part that is for discharging the irrigation liquid; and a flow path that connects the water intake part and the discharge part and through which the irrigation liquid flows. Further, an inner wall surface of the flow path is constituted by a composition that includes an antimicrobial agent and includes a resin or rubber.

An emitter () is arranged inside a tube and is constituted by a resin molded body that has at least a recessed part and a through hole. The emitter () has a screen part, an intake volume adjusting part, a pressure reducing part, a discharge volume adjusting part, and a discharge part. The screen part is constituted by a slit () and a recessed part that intersects the slit () when seen in plan view. The discharge part includes an infiltration preventing part that is for preventing the infiltration of foreign matter from the discharge opening of the tube.

An emitter () includes a flow path from a water intake path (), which is for taking in irrigation liquid within a tube, to a recessed part (). This flow path includes a recessed surface part () closed, without contact, by a film (). A channel () that forms a reduced pressure flow path included in the above flow path is formed on the surface of the recessed surface part (). If the film () is pressed by the pressure of the irrigation liquid in the tube () and adheres to the recessed surface part (), the flow rate of the irrigation liquid inside the emitter () is controlled to an amount that can pass through the channel ().

An emitter is arranged inside a tube and has: an emitter main body that is constituted by a resin molded body that has at least a recessed part and a through hole; and a flexible film that is joined to at least one surface of the emitter main body and that forms a flow path by closing off the recessed part and an opening part of at least one part the through hole. The emitter has a discharge amount adjusting part that is for making adjustments in accordance with the water pressure inside the tube. When the pressure of an irrigation liquid that is inside the tube is at or above a set value, the film slackens, and the discharge amount adjusting part narrows the flow path of the liquid and reduces flow rate.
