A contactless power transmission device transmits power to a power reception device in a contactless manner, and includes a shield case which has an opening portion at one end portion thereof, and is partitioned into a plurality of shield rooms by partitioning plates; a power transmission circuit which is for transmitting power and is disposed to correspond to each of the plurality of shield rooms; a plurality of power transmission coils which are disposed on the inner side in the plurality of shield rooms and transmit AC power from the power transmission circuit to the power reception device; and a notch which is formed on side surfaces of the shield case or the partitioning plates, from the opening portion toward the inner side such that both sides of a rear end portion of the power reception device inserted into the plurality of shield rooms can be held.

Contactless power transmission device and contactless power transmission/reception apparatus

A portable terminal apparatus according to an embodiment includes a power supply and a power receiving circuit that wirelessly receives electric power for charging the power supply. A first communication circuit transmits and receives information relating to receiving the electric power. A second communication circuit includes a communication antenna, a near field radio communication circuit and a switch arranged between the communication antenna and the near field radio communication circuit. The second communication circuit is selectively configured to communicate with a separate terminal device via near field radio communication. A controller controls the switch to disconnect the communication antenna from the near field radio communication circuit in response to the first communication circuit receiving the information relating to receiving the electric power.

Portable terminal apparatus

A non-contact power reception apparatus comprises a power reception coil which receives AC power supplied from a power transmission apparatus in a non-contact manner; a diode full-wave rectifier circuit which inputs AC power from a resonance circuit to first and second input ends and outputs DC power between an output end and a reference potential end; a common mode filter which comprises first and second coils wound around a common magnetic body in parallel in the same direction for only the same number of turns, connects one end of the first coil with the output end of the diode full-wave rectifier circuit and connects one end of the second coil with the reference potential end; a smoothing capacitor connected between the other end of the first coil of the common mode filter and the other end of the second coil; and a load connected with the smoothing capacitor in parallel.

Non-contact power reception apparatus

In a power transmission apparatus which transmits power from a power transmission device to a power reception device in a noncontact manner, the power transmission device includes a first main body supporting the power reception device on adjacent first and second surfaces, and a power transmission coil formed by planar coils which are respectively symmetrically disposed on the first and second surfaces with respect to an intersection between the first and second surfaces inside the first main body, and includes an extension region in which an occupation area of the coils gradually increases while becoming distant from a part close to the intersection. The power reception device includes a second main body that includes third and fourth surfaces which respectively face the first and second surfaces, and a power reception coil disposed in the second main body so as to correspond to the third and fourth surfaces.
