A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack and a control device that controls operation of the fuel cell system based on a measured voltage value measured by a voltage sensor. When the fuel cell system is started and a value measured by a temperature sensor is equal to or less than a temperature determined in advance, the control device raises the voltage of the fuel cell stack until a voltage condition determined in advance is met, by supplying a cathode with an oxidant gas before current sweep is started. The control device sets a voltage command value and a current command value such that an operation point of the fuel cell stack is on an equal power line of the fuel cell stack when the operation point is caused to transition in at least a part of a transition period.

Fuel cell system with improved low temperature operation

A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; a temperature acquisition unit that acquires a temperature at a specific position in a vehicle equipped with the fuel cell system; a purge unit that purges the fuel cell when an operation of the fuel cell is stopped; and a control unit that acquires the temperature at the specific position from the temperature acquisition unit at least once from when the fuel cell system is stopped until the fuel cell system is started again, and uses the temperature at the specific position to determine whether purging at a stop by the purge unit is necessary when the fuel cell system is stopped next.

Fuel cell system and control method of the same

An input device has an operative member on which switches are arranged to receive a pushing force. The input device has a control unit which is configured to store both a first correction coefficient and a second correction coefficient. The first correction coefficient may correct variations in displacement caused by differences in pushing positions on the operative member. The second correction coefficient may correct differences in sensitivity among a plurality of sensors. The control unit is configured to perform: correcting a plurality of displacements by the first correction coefficient and the second correction coefficient; and determining whether presence or absence of a push operation by comparing a summation of corrected values with a predetermined threshold value.

A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell in which cells are stacked, a voltage sensor that detects a voltage in unit of one or more of the cells, a control unit that determines an operating point of the fuel cell and causes the fuel cell to operate. The control unit causes the fuel cell to operate at a low efficiency operating point having a lower efficiency than an efficiency of a reference operating point in a warm-up operation. In the warm-up operation, the control unit calculates a total number of the cells in which the voltage detected by the voltage sensor is equal to or less than a predetermined first reference voltage and calculates an exhaust hydrogen concentration based on the total number or the cells.

Fuel cell system and method of controlling fuel cell system

The control device is configured so that when a temperature of the fuel cell at the time of start of power generation of the fuel cell is less than a standard temperature, it makes the fuel cell generate power so that the amount of heat generation of the fuel cell accompanying the power generation loss becomes a first amount of heat generation and so that when a cumulative value of current of a time period during which the fuel cell is made to generate power so that the amount of heat generation becomes the first amount of heat generation is equal to or greater than a predetermined cumulative value, it makes the fuel cell generate power so that the amount of heat generation becomes a second amount of heat generation larger than the first amount of heat generation.

Fuel cell system and control method for fuel cell system

A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, a hydrogen tank, a hydrogen supply passage connecting the hydrogen tank and the fuel cell, a cutoff valve configured to cut off circulation of hydrogen in the hydrogen supply passage, a detection unit configured to detect a start of filling of the hydrogen tank with hydrogen, and a purge controller configured to close the cutoff valve in a case where the fuel cell system is stopped and the detection unit detects the start of filling with hydrogen in a state in which purge processing of purging the in-cell hydrogen flow passage is to be executed, and to execute processing of purging the in-cell hydrogen flow passage by causing hydrogen remaining on a downstream side of the cutoff valve in a hydrogen flow in the hydrogen supply passage to flow in the in-cell hydrogen flow passage as the purge processing.

Fuel Cell System

An ejector refrigeration cycle includes a compressor, a radiator, a branch portion, an ejector, a suction side decompressor, a windward evaporator, and a leeward evaporator. The ejector includes a nozzle portion and a pressure increasing portion. The windward evaporator and the leeward evaporator include at least one outflow side evaporation portion. The leeward evaporator includes a suction side evaporation portion. An outflow side evaporation temperature is a refrigerant evaporation temperature in the at least one outflow side evaporation portion of the leeward evaporator. A suction side evaporation temperature is a refrigerant evaporation temperature in the suction side evaporation portion of the leeward evaporator. At least one of the nozzle portion or the suction side decompressor is configured to adjust a refrigerant passage area such that a temperature difference between the outflow side evaporation temperature and the suction side evaporation temperature is at or below a predetermined reference temperature difference.

Ejector refrigeration cycle

When an ejector having a variable nozzle and a variable throttle mechanism are integrated together as an ejector module, a nozzle-side central axis CLand a decompression-side driving mechanism have a twisted positional relationship, if the nozzle-side central axis CLis defined as a central axis of a nozzle-side driving mechanism in a displacement direction in which the nozzle-side driving mechanism of the ejector having the variable nozzle displaces a needle valve, and the decompression-side central axis CLis defined as a central axis of a decompression-side driving mechanism in a displacement direction in which the decompression-side driving mechanism of the variable throttle mechanism displaces a throttle valve. When viewed from the central axis direction of one of the nozzle-side central axis CLand the decompression-side central axis CL, a driving portion corresponding to the one central axis is disposed to overlap with the other central axis.

Ejector module

A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, an oxidizing gas supply system, a fuel gas supply system, a current control circuit configured to control an output current of the fuel cell stack, a control unit configured to control power generation of the fuel cell stack, and the output current of the current control circuit, the control unit controlling the current control circuit to adjust the output current thereby adjusting a heating value of the fuel cell stack; and a monitoring unit configured to monitor abnormal fuel gas generation, the abnormal fuel gas generation corresponding to a state where the fuel gas in excess of a predetermined allowable amount exists in the cathode. When the monitoring unit detects the abnormal fuel gas generation during execution of a warm-up operation to allow the fuel cell stack to generate heat with a predetermined target heating value, the control unit reduces the output current by reducing the target heating value.

Fuel cell system and control method thereof

A rotation operation device includes: a rotation operation section having a cylindrical shape; multiple recessed and projecting sections arranged on an axial end surface or a peripheral surface of the rotation operation section; a conductive section having a protruding section protruding toward each recessed and projecting section and an elastic section biasing the protruding section to each recessed and projecting section, and movable in a recess-and-projection direction when the rotation operation section rotates; an electrode section changing a capacitance in accordance with a movement of the conductive section; and a detecting section detecting the change in the capacitance. The conductive section is moved in turn in the recess-and-projection direction at a different timing. The detecting section detects a rotation direction and a rotation quantity of the rotation operation section by means of a combination pattern of the change in the capacitance.

Rotation operation device

A throttle operating device that adjusts the opening degree of an engine throttle valve is provided. In a throttle operating device according to an aspect of the invention, one end of an inner cable inserted through an outer tube is fixed to a cable fixing part provided in a throttle lever, and the opening degree of the engine throttle valve is adjusted via the inner cable by rotationally operating the throttle lever. The one end of the inner cable is fixed to the cable fixing part with the extending direction of the inner cable changed within the throttle lever. Additionally, a moving mechanism that moves the cable fixing part along a longitudinal direction of the inner cable, is provided in the throttle lever.

The plurality of belts is configured so that one end of each belt is connected to the backplate and another end of each belt is connected to each other on the front of the user.
