A rotating capacitor is used in a circular accelerator that accelerates a charged particle beam by feeding a first radio frequency to a DC main magnetic field. The rotating capacitor modulates a frequency of the first radio frequency. The rotating capacitor includes a stator electrode and a rotor electrode used for modulating the frequency of the first radio frequency together with the stator electrode. A vacuum seal performs vacuum sealing around a shaft for rotating the rotor electrode. A bearing that supports the shaft is installed on an atmosphere side.

An object of the present invention is to provide a novel IL-2 variant which has improved selectivity for IL-2Rand selectively activates Tregs. The present invention relates to an IL-2 variant, a method for producing the IL-2 variant, a composition and a therapeutic agent for an immune disease, comprising the IL-2 variant, a method for increasing selectivity of IL-2 for IL-2Rαβγ, a method for improving an affinity of IL-2 for an IL-2Rα subunit, a method of reducing an affinity of IL-2 for at least one of an IL-2Rβ subunit and an IL-2Rγ subunit, and a method for selectively activating regulatory T cells.

IL-2 variant

A work machine includes: a partition member provided with an intake port and an exhaust port and forming an engine room; an engine disposed in the engine room; a cooling fan disposed on an intake port side of the engine in the engine room; an exhaust pipe discharging exhaust gas from the engine; and an exhaust duct disposed in the engine room and having an inflow port into which air from the cooling fan flows, and an outflow port. At least a portion of the exhaust duct is disposed above the engine and has a facing surface facing the engine and a through-hole provided in the facing surface. At least a portion of the exhaust pipe is disposed in the through-hole. A gap is formed between an outer surface of the exhaust pipe and an inner surface of the through-hole.

Work machine

An amount of information of data of a captured image displayed on a display unit is increased. A display control unit sets a plurality of divided display sections for a display unit. The display control unit sets a first camera group and a second camera group including one or more of a plurality of cameras. The first camera group captures an image of a work performed with a blade. The second camera group captures an image of a work performed with a ripper. The display control unit displays data of captured images output from cameras included in one of the first and second camera groups in a corresponding plurality of divided display sections.

A controller determines that a signal from an operating device represents either a normal operation to manually control a blade or a trigger operation to automatically control the blade. The controller moves the blade so that the angle of the blade is changed in accordance with the operation of the operating device when the signal from the operating device is determined as representing a normal operation. The controller moves the blade until the angle of the blade reaches a predetermined target angle when the signal from the operating device is determined as representing the trigger operation while the bulldozer is traveling.

A work machine includes a first cooling unit that protrudes from a first wall surface at a first position of a main flow path and defines a first opening portion between the second wall surface and the first cooling unit; a second cooling unit that protrudes from the second wall surface on a downstream side of the first position in the flow path direction of the main flow path, defines a second opening portion between the first wall surface and the second cooling unit and partly overlaps with the first cooling unit when viewed from the flow path direction; and partition member that defines a first section flow path having the first cooling unit as an inlet and the second opening portion as an outlet and a second section flow path having the first opening portion as an inlet and the second cooling unit as an outlet.

Provided is a display system, which makes it easy for an operator to accurately grasp a traveling situation of a work vehicle. A front camera captures an excavating blade and topography in front of a crawler dozer. A rear camera captures a fuel tank and a ripper apparatus, and a topography behind the crawler dozer. A display image displayed on a monitor is generated by arranging a front image captured by the front camera and a rear image captured by the rear camera so that the excavating blade in the front image may face the fuel tank in the rear image.

Display system and work vehicle

A bulldozer includes a blade disposed in front of a vehicle body. First and second cameras are disposed to the left and right of the vehicle body, respectively. A first optical axis of the first camera faces forward and downward. The first camera is arranged to capture a first image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the left crawler belt. A second optical axis of the second camera faces forward and downward. The second camera is arranged to capture a second image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the right crawler belt. A display is configured to display the first and second images side-by-side.

Bulldozer

Provided is a display system capable of facilitating appropriate ripping work. A right ripper side camera images a ripping tip. The right ripper side camera is mounted on a vehicle main body. The image generating unit generates a display image. The display image includes an image of the ripping tip by an imaging unit and information about a rotative running of a crawler belt. A display unit displays the display image.

Display system

A bulldozer includes a blade disposed in front of a vehicle body. First and second cameras are disposed to the left and right of the vehicle body, respectively. A first optical axis of the first camera faces forward and downward. The first camera overlaps a left crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a first image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the left crawler belt. A second optical axis of the second camera faces forward and downward. The second camera overlaps a right crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a second image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the right crawler belt. A display is configured to display the first and second images side-by-side.

A bulldozer has a protective structure. The protective structure includes a left pillar portion, a right pillar portion, and a beam portion. The left pillar portion is disposed to the left of a cab and extends in the up-down direction. The right pillar portion is disposed to the right of the cab and extends in the up-down direction. The beam portion is disposed above the cab and couples the left pillar portion and the right pillar portion. A first camera is attached to the left pillar portion and is disposed so that a first optical axis faces forward and downward. A second camera is attached to the right pillar portion and is disposed so that a second optical axis faces forward and downward.

An irradiation apparatus radiates a particle beam after forming the beam for plural layers. A dose monitor measures a dose in real time. A dose evaluation unit evaluates an irradiation dose for each layer on the basis of a value measured by the dose monitor and a dose calibration factor set for each layer. An irradiation control section performs radiation control for each layer on the basis of an evaluation result of the dose evaluation unit. An interpolation value generation unit uses actual-measurement dose-calibration factors obtained by radiating a particle beam to a simulated phantom provided with a calibration dosimeter, to generate an interpolation estimation value of the dose calibration factor. For each layer subject to the interpolation value, and based on an irradiation condition of that layer, the interpolation value generation unit performs weighting on each of the actual-measurement dose-calibration factors.

Particle therapy device and method for setting dose calibration factor

In the particle beam therapy system, a beam transport system includes a beam-path changer for changing a beam path so as to transport a charged particle beam to any one of the plurality of particle beam irradiation apparatuses; and a treatment management device includes a beam-path controller that generates an emitter control signal for controlling an emitter of an accelerator and a beam-path changer control signal for controlling the beam-path changer so that, with respect to the plurality of particle beam irradiation apparatuses in which treatment is performed at the same treatment period of time, the charged particle beam is transported to each one of the plurality of particle beam irradiation apparatuses for each time period allocated thereto.

Particle beam therapy system

A particle beam scanning irradiation system includes a computer establishing a scanning sequence for irradiation of a tumor portion in a patient; and a particle beam irradiation device irradiating the tumor portion in accordance with the established scanning sequence of the particle beam. The computer selects all conceivable combinations of pairs of irradiation spots among the plurality of irradiation spots arranged in the tumor portion, and determines whether each path for the particle beam to shift between two spots constituting the selected pair passes through the tumor portion; determines a penalty matrix expressing whether each path passes through the tumor portion on the basis of the determination result; evaluates a function for the shift paths on the basis of an optimizing algorithm, and establishes the scanning sequence of the particle beam by an optimized solution of the function.

Particle beam scanning irradiation system

In a center bearing support, a plurality of bored portions corresponding to spaces passing through a rubber-like elastic body in an axial direction are provided around a shaft hole. The bored portions are constructed by a combination of inner peripheral side bored portions arranged comparatively near the shaft hole, and outer peripheral side bored portions arranged comparatively far from the shaft hole. The inner peripheral side bored portions and the outer peripheral side bored portions are alternately provided circumferentially, and are provided so as to overlap in a part circumferentially, thereby having connection portions constructed by a part of the rubber-like elastic body between the inner peripheral side bored portions and the outer peripheral side bored portions. The connection portions are extended in a direction which is inclined to both of a circumferential direction and an axially perpendicular direction as seen from one side of the axial direction.
