A sound-absorbing panel to be used affixed to a jet engine of an aircraft, provided with: a resin core layer having a first surface, a second surface disposed on the side opposite from the first surface, and multiple partitions extending between the first surface and second surface so as to partition multiple cells; a resin first skin layer laminated on the first surface of the core layer; and a resin second skin layer laminated on the second surface of the core layer. The first skin layer is disposed so as to face the external space while in use, and has multiple through-holes for providing communication between internal spaces of the multiple cells and external space faced by the first skin layer. The core layer has openings for providing communication between the internal spaces of the multiple cells and external space of the core layer.

[Object] To provide a fan blade, an engine, and a structure with anti-icing and de-icing functions, which are capable of efficiently performing anti-icing or de-icing with a simple structure. [Solving Means] A fan bladeis disposed on an air inletside of a jet engineof an aircraft. The fan bladeincludes a fan blade main bodymade of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), and a pair of energizing unitsandthat are provided on a leading edgeside and a trailing edgeside of a heating regionof the fan blade main bodyand pass current through the fan blade main body. Voltage is applied between the pair of energizing unitsandand current passes through the fan blade main bodyto heat the fan blade main body, thus performing anti-icing or de-icing.

A powder rubber obtained by crushing a waste rubber comprising various kinds of rubbers is subjected to treatment of making unevenness on a surface thereof. A method in which a microorganism growing with a rubber being an only carbon source and powder rubber having an average particle diameter of 1 mm or less are added to a culture medium to cultivate the microorganism can be applied as treatment of making the unevenness. The powder rubber is decomposed by this method, and the surface area is increased, whereby a rubber composition which is excellent in abrasion resistance, fracture characteristics and crack growth resistance can be obtained. A WU-YS05 strain (Patent Microorganism Depository Center: Accession number: FERM P-18660) belonging to Pseudonocardiaceae is effective as the microorganism.

A pneumatic tire having a tread layer. A rubber composition of the tread layer includes a specific diene-based rubber component, and either a specific zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator, or a specific zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator and a benzothiazole vulcanization accelerator. The zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator is contained in an amount of 0.2 to 5.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. A molar amount of the benzothiazole vulcanization accelerator is one-half or more of a molar amount of the zinc dithiophosphate vulcanization accelerator. Further, the rubber composition contains a white filler in an amount of 15 parts by weight or more per 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. Produceability of the pneumatic tire is excellent, and a low heat build-up performance thereof is improved without any adverse effects on gripping performance.

A rubber composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a rubber component which comprises at least one type of rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and diene synthetic rubbers, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one type of metal dithiophosphate represented by the following general formula, optionally 15 to 85 parts by weight of a reinforcing inorganic filler, and optionally a specific tertiary amine compound in an amount of 0.5 to 15% by weight of the amount of the reinforcing inorganic filler is provided.
