Provided is a pressure detection device that can suppress variation in the pressure detection characteristics of a pressure detection unit from occurring due to individual differences in the shape of flow passage units, variation in work in mounting the flow passage unit on the pressure detection unit, or the like. The pressure detection device including: a pressure detection unit; a flow passage unit; and a mounting unit configured to removably mount the flow passage unit on the pressure detection unit. The pressure detection unit has a pressure detecting diaphragm and a sensor rod arranged at the center part of a first surface of the pressure detecting diaphragm. The flow passage unit has a flow passage diaphragm, and a displacement of the flow passage diaphragm in contact with the top surface is transmitted to the pressure detecting diaphragm via the sensor rod.

Provided is a fluid transfer connector plug that allows for easy engagement of keys with key grooves. The fluid transfer connector plug includes: a plug body having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end allowing a hose to be fixed thereto, the distal end being removably connected to a socket, the plug body including a fluid channel communicating with the hose; a key plate on an outer periphery of the plug body, the key plate being rotatable relative to the plug body; and two or more keys on the key plate. The plug further includes a main key having a larger circumferential width than that of each of the other keys.

Fluid transfer connector plug, fluid transfer connector socket, fluid transfer connector, and method for connecting fluid transfer connector

Provided is a plug device which includes: a body portion; and a valve element portion. A fluid flow passage is formed in the body portion. The fluid flow passage extends along an axis, and has a valve hole at one end thereof. The valve element portion is accommodated in the body portion in an advancing and retracting manner along the axis. A proximal end portion of the valve element portion is made of a conductive fluororesin material containing a fluororesin material and carbon nanotubes dispersed in the fluororesin material. The proximal end portion is conductive with a conductive member maintained at a ground potential. A volume resistivity of the conductive fluororesin material falls within a range of larger than 1.0x&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm and less than 1.0&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm.

Fluid apparatus

Provided is a connector including: a plug to be attached to an opening of a liquid storing container and attached to an inner peripheral surface of the opening; a key ring to be attached to an outer peripheral surface of the opening extending along an axial line and including a key hole portion disposed at an outside of the outer peripheral surface with respect to the axial line; and a socket to be detachably attached to the plug and including a key rod portion to be engaged with the key hole portion. The plug and the socket are coupled together in a state where the key hole portion and the key rod portion are engaged with each other.

Connector

The plug-integrating container includes a container body having an opening part having external threads formed on its outer circumferential surface, a plug having a locking groove for connection to a socket, and a cap having formed on its inner circumferential surface internal threads fastened to the external threads. In the plug-integrating container, the container body has an open end formed at an axis directional end of the opening part, the plug has an annular part formed at an axis directional end and having the same diameter as that of the open end, the open end and the annular part are joined together by welding as they are butted against each other, and the opening part and the plug are accommodated inside the cap when the external threads and the internal threads are fastened together.

Provided is a coupling device including a cylindrical housing portion, a valve portion that turns into an open state by contact with the plug device, a bellows portion having therein an expandable and contractible supply passage for supplying incompressible fluid from the plug device to a supply tube, a moving portion being movable to be brought into contact with or distanced from the plug device fitted inside one end side of the housing portion, a first pressure chamber generating a biasing force in a direction to distance the moving portion from the plug device and contract the bellows portion, and a safety valve for discharging the incompressible fluid within the supply passage to the outside when the incompressible fluid within the supply passage reaches or exceeds a predetermined level.

Provided is a pressure detection device including a pressure detection unit configured to detect a pressure to be transmitted to a pressure sensor, and a flow channel unit on which the pressure detection unit is disposed. The pressure detection unit) includes a pressure sensor and a conductive protective film disposed in contact with the pressure sensor, the conductive protective film breaking contact between the pressure sensor and a fluid. Provided is a flow rate adjustment device including: a valve body portion configured to be movable along an axis line; a body portion having a valve bore and an upstream-side fluid chamber formed therein, the valve body portion being inserted into the valve bore, the upstream-side fluid chamber being configured to circulate a fluid; and a thin film-like first diaphragm portion which is coupled to the valve body portion and configured to isolate the upstream-side fluid chamber from a spring accommodation chamber adjacent to the upstream-side fluid chamber. The first diaphragm portion is formed of a conductive fluororesin material including a fluororesin material and carbon nanotubes dispersed in the fluororesin material, and the conductive fluororesin material has a volume resistivity of more than 1.0&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm and less than 1.0&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm.

Fluid device

To improve connectivity with tubes to be connected to an inlet and an outlet of a flow passage, while increasing the rapidity of an operation of changing a fluid to be passed through the flow passage and also increasing the safety. Provided is a pressure detecting device including a pressure detecting unit detecting a pressure transmitted to a diaphragm, a flow passage unit having a diaphragm for transmitting a pressure of a fluid flowing through the flow passage to the diaphragm, and a nut for removably mounting the flow passage unit onto the pressure detecting unit. The nut mounts the flow passage unit onto the pressure detecting unit when a position of a positioning groove of the pressure detecting unit about an axis coincides with a position of a positioning projection of the flow passage unit about an axis.

Pressure detecting device having a mounting mechanism
