To accurately obtain operating conditions of a production facility that satisfies desired criteria. A control apparatus includes a process data acquisition unit that reads process data from a storage device that stores the process data obtained from a production facility, and a control unit that obtains an optimum solution for a predetermined adjustment target of the process data and controls the production facility on the basis of the optimum solution. The optimum solution satisfies constraint conditions and optimizes an objective function. The constraint conditions are defined by using at least some of the process data. The objective function is defined by using at least some of the process data. A learned model having learned features of the process data obtained from the production facility is further stored in a storage device on the basis of causality information that defines a combination of first process data and second process data. The first process data is used as an explanatory variable. The second process data is used as a response variable. The constraint conditions include a condition that the second process data or a value corresponding to the second process data is a value calculated by using the first process data and the learned model, and an upper limit or a lower limit for at least some of the process data.

Control apparatus, control method, and program for obtaining operating condition of a production facility that satisfies desired criteria

A regression model reflecting causality between variation of an explanatory variable and variation of a response variable is constructed. A prediction apparatus predicts characteristic values of a product by using process data obtained from a production facility. The prediction apparatus includes a process data acquisition unit that reads the process data from a storage device that stores the process data obtained from the production facility, and a prediction model generation unit that generates a prediction model on the basis of causality information that defines a combination of first process data and second process data or a value corresponding to the second process data. The first process data and the second process data or the value corresponding to the second process data are included in the read process data. The first process data is used as a predetermined explanatory variable. The second process data or the value corresponding to the second process data is used as response variable. The prediction model has learned features of the process data obtained from the production facility. The prediction model generation unit generates the prediction model and determines a positive/negative variation direction of the response variable in accordance with a positive/negative variation direction of the predetermined explanatory variable.

A spinning apparatus includes a spinning cabinet extending in a vertical direction, a spinneret that includes a plurality of spinneret holes, is disposed on an upper end side of the spinning cabinet, and is configured to extrude a spinning dope from the plurality of spinneret holes into an interior space of the spinning cabinet, a first gas supply path connected to the spinning cabinet is configured to supply a first gas from above the spinneret to the interior space, allowing the first gas to come into contact with the spinning dope extruded from the plurality of spinneret holes, and a second gas supply path connected to the spinning cabinet is configured to supply a second gas having a higher temperature than that of the first gas from below the spinneret to the interior space, allowing the second gas to come into contact with the spinning dope extruded from the plurality of spinneret holes.

Spinning apparatus and spinning method

The described technology relates to a needleless syringe for injecting an injection objective substance into an injection target area. The needleless syringe includes a protruding member which is provided movably from a first position to a second position at which 1) a protruding length of a forward end of the protruding member from an end surface of a housing is shorter than a protruding length of the forward end at the first position and 2) the forward end and a discharge port can be brought in contact with the injection target area. The needleless syringe also includes a maintaining mechanism which maintains the protruding member at the first position and a power source circuit which applies a voltage to a driving unit when the protruding member having been maintained at the first position is moved to the second position. Accordingly, the unintended discharge from the syringe is appropriately avoided.

Needleless syringe

The present application relates to a needleless syringe for injecting an injection objective substance into an injection target area without using an injection needle. In one aspect, the needleless syringe includes a main syringe body containing the injection objective substance with the use of a sealing member, a pressurizing unit provided in the main syringe body and configured to pressurize the injection objective substance, a flow passage unit defining a flow passage of the pressurized injection objective substance to be discharged to the injection target area and a preparatory filling unit configured to fill the flow passage unit with a part of the injection objective substance by destroying a part of the sealing member before the injection objective substance is pressurized. According to some embodiments, it is possible to mitigate the load exerted on the nozzle during the injection and reduce the noise without deteriorating a syringe user convenience.

An injector includes a syringe unit including a syringe that encapsulates an injection objective substance, an ignition device, and a piston, and an activating unit that activates the syringe unit. The syringe unit includes a cylindrical housing, in which the ignition device and the piston are incorporated, and can be installed in a housing space formed in the housing through an opening section provided in a side surface of the housing. The syringe includes a nozzle and a plunger that forms a sealed space for encapsulating the injection objective substance and that is capable of being propelled toward the nozzle by the piston. When the syringe is installed in the housing, the syringe is fixed to dispose the plunger of the syringe in a position opposed to the piston incorporated in the housing.

The present invention resides in a needleless syringe for injecting an injection objective substance into an injection target area of a living body without using any injection needle; the needleless syringe comprising a main syringe body; an accommodating unit which accommodates the injection objective substance by the aid of a sealing member in an accommodating chamber provided in the main syringe body; a pressurizing unit which pressurizes the injection objective substance accommodated in the accommodating unit to move or destroy the sealing member thereby so that the injection objective substance is discharged to outside; a flow passage unit which forms a discharge port with respect to the injection target area and which defines a flow passage so that the injection objective substance pressurized by the pressurizing unit is discharged via the discharge port to the injection target area; and a preparatory filling unit which fills the flow passage unit with a part of the injection objective substance accommodated in the accommodating chamber by destroying a part of the sealing member before pressurization is performed by the pressurizing unit. Accordingly, it is possible to mitigate the load exerted on the nozzle during the injection and reduce the noise without deteriorating the convenience of a user of the needleless syringe.
