A wire harness including: a core wire having a flat straight section whose vertical height is smaller than a width thereof and a bend bent from an end of the straight section, wherein: the straight section is formed from a second assembled wire obtained by twisting or braiding together first assembled wires which are each obtained by twisting or braiding wire strands, and the bend is formed from a plurality of adjacent wires arranged adjacently in a direction orthogonal to a vertical direction.

A wire harness that includes an electric wire including a core wire and an insulation coating that covers an outer circumference of the core wire; an electromagnetic shield that surrounds an outer circumference of the insulation coating; a connection terminal that is electrically connected to an end of the core wire; a connector housing that holds the connection terminal and is made of a synthetic resin; a shielding pipe that extends from an inside to an outside of the connector housing in a protruding manner; and a fixing member that fixes an end of the electromagnetic shield to an outer circumferential surface of a portion of the shielding pipe that is disposed outside the connector housing in an electrically connected state.

A wire harness including: a plurality of electric wires; an exterior tube that has an internal space into which the plurality of electric wires are inserted; a first protective body that is insulative, is provided between the plurality of electric wires in the internal space of the exterior tube, and is formed with an insulating reinforced fiber; and a second protective body that is provided so as to fill a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the exterior tube and outer circumferential surfaces of the plurality of electric wires, and covers an outer circumference of the first protective body and outer circumferences of the plurality of electric wires, wherein the first protective body is shorter than the second protective body in a side view of the wire harness.

A vehicular high-voltage wire to be electrically connected to an in-vehicle high-voltage battery, the vehicular high-voltage wire including a core wire that is formed of a conductor and is to be electrically connected to the high-voltage battery, an insulating covering that covers an outer circumference of the core wire, and a cylindrical cover that covers an outer circumference of the insulating covering, wherein: the core wire, the insulating covering and the cylindrical cover are coaxially provided, and the cylindrical cover is formed by weaving a plurality of strands including a first strand formed of a conductor and a second strand formed of a reinforced fiber having insulation properties with a higher strength than the first strand.

Vehicular high-voltage wire and wire harness

A wire harness has: wires each including a core wire that is formed from a conductor and an insulating covering that covers the outer periphery of the core wire; and an exterior material and a braided member, into which the wires are inserted. Each wire has a removed-covering section where the insulating covering has been removed partway in the longitudinal direction. The removed-covering section is covered by a webbed covering member, the outer periphery of which has insulating properties.

A wiring harness includes an electromagnetic shield and a high-voltage electric wire. The electromagnetic shield includes a metal pipe and a braided member, which is continuous with the metal pipe and includes metal strands. The high-voltage electric wire extends through the metal pipe and the braided member of the electromagnetic shield. The high-voltage electric wire is electrically connected to an automotive high-voltage battery and includes an insulative coating. The high-voltage electric wire includes a braided protector and a resin protection tube. The braided protector is formed by a braid of insulative reinforced fibers and surrounds the insulative coating. The braided protector of the high-voltage electric wire extends from a portion located inside the metal pipe to a portion surrounded by the braided member. The protection tube of the high-voltage electric wire surrounds a portion of the braided protector located inside the braided member.

Wiring harness

A shielded conduction path includes a conduction path main body in which sheathed electrical wires are surrounded by a tubular braided wire. An inner holder through which the sheathed electrical wires pass and is made of a synthetic resin. The shielded conduction path further includes a shield shell to which the braided wire is fixed and configured to house the inner holder. A lock hole is formed in a circumferential surface of the shield shell. A lock arm is formed in the inner holder, and locks the inner holder and the shield shell in an attached state by locking to the lock hole.

Shielded conduction path

A wire harness that is capable of protecting a wire even if a pipe is damaged includes: a wire disposed in a pipe; and a protective material surrounding and protecting a predefined portion of the wire, the predefined portion being disposed within the pipe. This configuration places the protective material on a portion that is likely to be damaged in the event of, for instance, a collision of a vehicle, thereby capable of protecting the wire even if the pipe is damaged. This configuration is also capable of avoiding the diameter of the pipe being increased for the process of passing the wire through the pipe, because the wire in this configuration is passed through the pipe with greater ease than a wire surrounded by a protective material along its entire length of the wire.

A wire harness includes a plurality of wires that include a plus high-voltage wire and a minus high-voltage wire. The plus high-voltage wire and the minus high-voltage wire are configured to be electrically connected to an in-vehicle high-voltage battery. The wire harness includes a sheathing material for collectively enclosing the plurality of wires, where the sheathing material is tube-shaped. The wire harness also includes a cover that covers an outer periphery of the sheathing material, where the cover is tube-shaped and made of an insulating reinforced fiber. The sheathing material includes a metal pipe having a bend that is bent along a wiring line, and the cover is provided in an area at least including the bend of the metal pipe.

A connecting end portion of a shield pipe with respect to a shield member is waterproofed. A shield conduction path includes: a shield pipe having a connecting end portion opened obliquely downward; a braided wire fasten to an outer periphery of the portion by a swaging ring; a plurality of wires inserted into the pipe and braided wire; a rubber shield grommet and surrounding a fastening region between the braided wire and swaging ring; a binding band that fixes an upper end portion of the grommet to an outer periphery of the pipe in a liquid tight manner; a tube formed of synthetic resin surrounding the braided wire and having an upper end portion surrounding a lower end of the grommet; and exterior adhesive tape wound in a liquid tight manner from an outer periphery of the upper end portion of the tube over an outer periphery of the grommet.

Shield conduction path

A vehicular high-voltage wire that can suppress short-circuiting between a positive wire and a negative wire that are connected to an in-vehicle high-voltage battery. A wire harness includes a positive high-voltage wire and a negative high-voltage wire that are connected to an in-vehicle high-voltage battery. The positive high-voltage wire includes a core wire that is made of a conductor and is for electrical connection to the high-voltage battery, and a protection member that is constituted by woven reinforced fibers that have an insulation property, and is shaped as a tube that surrounds the outer circumference of the core wire.

An electrical wire guide including a plurality of link members that are lined up along one direction, and are coupled together so as to be rotatable relative to each other. The link members are respectively provided with: through holes that extend in an intersection direction intersecting a direction in which the link members are lined up; and lock protrusions that are each provided with a claw that is locked to a peripheral portion around the corresponding through hole and protrudes in the intersection direction. The lock protrusions of the plurality of link members protrude in the same direction. The link members are coupled together by the lock protrusions being locked to the through holes.

Infiltration of water into a shield pipe is prevented. A shielded conductive path includes a tubular braided wire, a shield pipe connected to the braided wire, an electric wire bundle inserted into the braided wire and the shield pipe, a heat-shrinkable tube that is disposed so as to cover the braided wire and is thermally shrunk to bring the braided wire into intimate contact with an outer circumference of the electric wire bundle, a filler () with which voids between the electric wire bundle and the heat-shrinkable tube are filled, and a tubular waterstopping member that covers a region of the braided wire between the heat-shrinkable tube and the shield pipe in a state in which two end portions of the tubular waterstopping member are in intimate contact with an outer circumferential surface of the heat-shrinkable tube and the outer circumferential surface of the shield pipe in a liquidtight manner.
