To provide a tolerance absorbing structure for a wire harness which can prevent in advance the assembling failure at the time of mounting wires on a vehicle and also can improve the assembling workability. The tolerance absorbing structure includes a shield shellwhich is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to have a fitting space therein and has a supporting pieceto be fastened by a vehicle stud boltand protruding in the direction perpendicular to the axis line of the fitting space, and an inner holderwhich is fitted into the fitting space of the shield shellalong the axis line direction thereby to be held in a manner of being restricted from being separated from the shield shelland has a wire holding hole extending in the axis line direction for fixing wiresinserted therein, wherein the inner holderis held within the fitting space of the shield shellso as to have a movable space in the axis line direction.

An inner holder through which the electric wire connected to the electronic device is passed includes a plurality of peripheral walls. A shield shell adapted to be brought into engagement with the inner holderincludes a shield body adapted to be connected to an end of a shield member covering the electric wire and a pair of securing pieces protruding from the shell body toward the inner holder and configured to be overlapped with the peripheral walls. A rib is provided in either of one of the peripheral walls and one of the securing pieces. A notch is provided in the other of the one of the peripheral walls and the one of the securing pieces.

A power-circuit breaking device, which can easily mount a fuse and has a small number of component and a simple structure. The power-circuit breaking device includes a first connector housing having a pair of circuit terminals connected with a power circuit, and a second connector housing closing the power circuit by fitting with the first connector housing. The second connector housing includes a fuse having a pair of terminals to be connected with the pair of circuit terminals, a housing having a lock arm engaged with a cutout provided at the terminal and a cover an entry opening of a receiving section of the housing. The cover includes a limiter limiting the lock arm to move to disengaging the terminal.

Power-circuit breaking device

A power circuit breaker having a simple structure with a small number of components is provided. The power circuit breaker includes: a circuit receiver which receives a pair of circuit terminals connected to an end of an opened power circuit; and a plug body having a fuse to be mounted on the circuit receiver to close the power circuit. In the fuse, a pair of terminals extending from a housing, which receives a fuse element of the fuse, is bent approximately at right angles at the middle of the terminal. A central curving portion of the bent part is provided with a notch. A cross section of the terminal exposed within the notch is pressed by a jig, which fits with the notch, so that the fuse is press-fit into the plug body.

Fuse and power circuit breaker including the same

A lever fitting-type connector includes a first connector on which a fitting detection member is slidably mounted a second connector, which is adapted to be fitted into the first connector, and a connecting lever which is provided on either one of the first and second connectors for operating the first and second connectors from a provisionally fitted condition to a completely fitted condition to each other. The fitting detection member slides to a lock position so that the fitting detection member is engaged with a first engagement hole of the connecting lever to lock the connecting lever in the completely fitted condition. When the fitting detection member is positioned at the lock position, a lock confirmation portion of the fitting detection member is projected from both of the first engagement hole and a distal end face of the connecting lever.

Lever fitting-type connector

An electro magnetic shield connector includes: a connector housing formed with a connector insertion chamber; a shield shell provided in the connector insertion chamber having a plurality of terminal contact spring pieces; a mated connector housing having an insertion section; and another shield shell provided in the mated connector housing. In the construction, when the insertion section of the mated connector housing is inserted into the connector insertion chamber of the connector housing, the terminal contact spring pieces of the shield shell are elastically deformed so as to come in contact with the another shield shell provided in the mated connector housing. Furthermore, the plural terminal contact spring pieces are composed of plural wider terminal contact spring pieces and plural narrower terminal contact spring pieces.

Electro magnetic shield connector

A connecting structure for a shielded cable having a braid is disclosed. The connecting structure includes a cable insertion hole, a hollow pressure member, a shield connection member, and a hollow bolt. The cable insertion hole includes a female threaded part and a shield connection part having an inclined surface. The hollow pressure member is inserted into the shield connection part of the cable insertion hole and the shielded cable passes through the hollow pressure member. The shield connection member is connected to the braid of the shielded cable and has an inclined part. The shield connection member is inserted into the cable insertion hole such that the inclined part is disposed between the inclined surface of the shield connection part and the hollow pressure member. The shielded cable passes through the hollow bolt and the hollow bolt is threaded into the female threaded part of the cable insertion hole. When the hollow bolt is tightened to press the hollow pressure member, the hollow pressure member in turn presses the inclined part of the shield connection member against the inclined surface of the shield connection part to electrically connect the braid to the cable insertion hole.

The plug main body,is allowed to shift with respect to the plug box,between the actually securing position where the short-circuit terminals,can be fitted with the circuit terminals,and the temporarily securing position where the short-circuit terminals,can be removed from the circuit terminals,.

Circuit breaking device

A shielded-electric-wire connection part structure includes: a shielded electric wire having a braid wire; an appliance main body being formed with an electric wire insertion through-hole formed with a shield connection portion and an engaging portion; a shield connector being interposed between the electric wire insertion through-hole and the shielded electric wire so that the braid wire is connected to a prescribed position of the electric wire insertion through-hole; an elastic member being interposed between the electric wire insertion through-hole and the shielded electric wire and being formed with a hollow portion through which the shielded electric wire is inserted and passed, the elastic member serving to contact the shield connector with the shield connection portion; and a holding member being formed with another hollow portion through which the shielded electric wire is inserted and passed. In the above construction, the holding member pressurizes the elastic member by being engaged with the engaging portion, thereby pressing the shield connector with respect to the shield connection portion.

Shielded-electric-wire connection part structure

An insulating rib (42) is provided between surfaces (41a) of adjacent bus bar-receiving portions (41) of a box body (23) with which circuit terminal connection portions (25c) of adjacent bus bars (25) are held in contact, respectively. Each insulating rib (42) has an internal space (43) communicating with the exterior of a box body (23) of a plug box (20).

A service plug is provided with circuit terminals respectively connected to the end of an open electric circuit, a circuit housing provided with the circuit terminals inside and terminal insertion holes, a pair of guide grooves stood on the surface on which the terminal insertions holes are made, guide grooves formed on the respective opposite surfaces of the guide walls, the plug body provided with short-circuiting terminals for short-circuiting the circuit terminals, a lever rotatably coupled to the plug body via a turning shaft which is long in the opposite direction of the guide walls, and bosses which are protruded from both sides of the lever, enter the guide grooves and position the circuit terminals and the short-circuiting terminals.
