A switchgear according to the present invention includes a disconnecting unit that includes multiple switches to switch electrical paths by rotation of blades, and a switch housing having a view port, and including the switches arranged therein, wherein planes of rotation of the blades and an arrangement direction of the switches intersect, and the switches are arranged rearward from the view port.

Switchgear

A switch includes: switch blades for multiple phases which perform three-position switching among ON, OFF, and ground, using a rotation shaft; and phase-to-phase connection mechanisms which support the switch blades for the phases so as to be insulated among the phases and against the ground, and which connect the switch blades for the phases and cause them to cooperate with each other. The phase-to-phase connection mechanisms include fitting couplings made of an insulating material and each composed of a large-diameter endless frame body and a small-diameter endless frame body which are fitted to each other. The fitting couplings are arranged on the same axial line.

Switch for gas insulated switchgear, and gas insulated switching device

A vacuum circuit breaker includes a tank containing an electrical device. An opening corresponds to a terminal of the electrical device. A porcelain tube protruding from the tank is fixed to an opening base, and has a terminal conductor. A first connection conductor in the porcelain tube is connected to the terminal conductor. A second connection conductor is arranged in the porcelain tube. A third connection conductor is arranged between the first and the second connection conductor, has a closed end concave section fitted onto the first connection conductor and is connected to the second connection conductor by a fastener. A contact is disposed between said first connection conductor and the third connection conductor. The third and second connection conductors are made of a solid conductor. A center of the third connection conductor and a center of the second connection conductor are formed with a threaded section.

Tank type vacuum circuit breaker

A power switchgear includes: a vacuum switch tube in a ground tank; a movable side conductor which passes through the ground tank to connect to one side of the vacuum switch tube, and extends to the upper side of the tank; a fixed side conductor which passes through the ground tank and connects to another side of the vacuum switch tube, and extends to the upper side of the tank. A conical insulator is placed on an opening of the ground tank, and a tip end is inserted in the ground tank; an insulation cylinder is placed at a rear end of the conical insulator to cover the inside of a concave portion of the conical insulator, and protrudes outside the ground tank; and a surge suppression apparatus inside the insulation cylinder has a terminal in the conical insulator and connected to a main circuit of the vacuum switch tube.

Power switchgear having surge suppression apparatus

A circuit breaker is accommodated in a circuit breaker compartment such that a contacting/separating direction of a contact of the circuit breaker is along a vertical direction, a cable terminal of a first cable connected to one terminal of the circuit breaker via a first disconnector is accommodated in a first connection compartment such that a central conductor of the cable terminal is along the vertical direction, and a disconnector compartment which accommodates the first disconnector such that a contacting/separating direction of a contact of the first disconnector is along the vertical direction, is joined so as to be disposed between the circuit breaker compartment and the first connection compartment.

Gas-insulated switchgear

A tank-type vacuum circuit breaker includes: a pressure tank; an insulating frame that is detachably supported by a support member provided in the pressure tank using a coupling; a vacuum interrupter that is supported by the insulating frame and includes a stationary electrode and a moving electrode; a stationary-electrode side terminal that is connectably/disconnectably connected to a bushing-terminal side internal conductor; a moving-electrode side terminal that is connectably/disconnectably connected to a bushing-terminal side internal conductor; and an insulating rod, the inside end of which is detachably coupled to the moving electrode and the outside end of which is coupled to an opening/closing actuation mechanism that opens/closes the contacts of the stationary contact and moving contact. The vacuum interrupter, the stationary-electrode side terminal, the moving-electrode side terminal and the insulating frame are integrated into a unit, and the unit can be removed and mounted by disconnecting the connections and the couplings.

Tank-type vacuum circuit breaker

A gas-insulated electric device, by which a cross-sectional area of a central conductor can be reduced. The gas-insulated electric device includes an insulation tube that ranges to portions facing to ground potential portions for a central conductor and to upper-lower portions along the grounding potential portions, and is coaxially arranged along the central conductor in a state where a gap intervenes between the central conductor and the insulation tube; a conductive layer that is formed on an inner surface of an insulation tube and is electrically connected to the central conductor; and a ground layer that is formed on an inner surface or an outer surface of the insulation tube and is grounded; in which heat generated from the central conductor is radiated by convecting the insulation gas through the gap between the central conductor and insulation tube.

Gas-insulated electric device

A gas insulated switchgear includes: gas tanks filled with insulating gas; a circuit breaker which is arranged such that the shaft center direction of a driving shaft thereof is parallel to a front portion of the gas tank and horizontal; a first disconnecting switch which is arranged on the lower side of the circuit breaker and is electrically connected to the circuit breaker; a busbar whose one end is connected to the circuit breaker and the other end is extended in the shaft center direction of the driving shaft of the circuit breaker; a second disconnecting switch electrically connected to the busbar; a cable terminal led out outside the gas tank from the first disconnecting switch; and a cable terminal led out outside the gas tank from the second disconnecting switch.

Gas insulated switchgear

In a switchgear in which cables are used on both of the input side and the output side for connection between a main circuit and an external main circuit, a circuit breaker and connection conductors of the switchgear are stored in a box-shaped pressure tank together with insulating gas; an operating mechanism that performs opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker and a first cable connection portion that is connected to the connection conductors are attached to one face of the pressure tank; and a second cable connection portion that is connected to the connection conductors is attached to the other face of the pressure tank, the other face being parallel with respect to a direction connecting the operating mechanism and the circuit breaker.

A gas insulated switchgear includes a vacuum interrupter having a movable contact and a fixed contact in vacuum. The movable contact is on one side of a movable conductor that passes through a bellows. An insulating rod is coupled to the other side of the movable conductor that passes through the bellows. The insulating rod and the other side of the movable conductor are placed in an insulator. The vacuum interrupter, the insulating rod, and the insulator are disposed in a gas tank. An operating mechanism is disposed on a movable side end portion of the gas tank and connected to the insulating rod. An inner circumferential side space of the bellows, an internal space of the insulator, and an internal space of the operating box are in communication with each other; and pressure in these spaces is lower than pressure in the gas tank.

A gas insulated switchgear includes a transformer mounting body; a bushing mounted on the transformer mounting body; and a main circuit conductor. The main circuit conductor includes a first main circuit conductor which is connected to a circuit breaker and is located in the bushing and a second main circuit conductor which is connected to the first main circuit conductor. An insulator extends below the lower end of the transformer mounting body and toward the vicinity of the connection between the first main circuit conductor and the second main circuit conductor, in a region where the first main circuit conductor is located in the transformer mounting body. A ground shield is arranged in the insulator, and extends below the lower end of the transformer mounting body and above a coupling portion between the transformer mounting body and the bushing.

A dead tank vacuum circuit breaker of the invention has an object to obtain a dead tank vacuum circuit breaker in which an immovable end of a vacuum valve is supported on a tank immovable side via an insulating support member and a support frame or the immovable end of the vacuum valve is supported on a tank movable side via an insulating support rod, so that an insulating support member supporting a movable end of the vacuum valve is omitted, while an opening portion is provided to the movable side of the tank and a bushing center conductor has a slidable connection portion that is axially expandable and contractible, so that a de-assembly range can be minimized when the vacuum valve is replaced.

Dead tank vacuum circuit breaker

In a vacuum circuit breaker corresponding to three-phase, which is configured by linearly arranging three pressure tanks respectively corresponding to one-phase, in which insulation gas is encapsulated, and a vacuum valve is installed, each pressure tank has a nearly longitudinal shape or a nearly square shape, viewed from a plane surface, and the vacuum valve is arranged in each of the pressure tanks in a state where a drive direction of the movable conductor is aligned with an upper lower direction, and the movable conductor is positioned lower than the vacuum valve, and keeps a sufficient insulation distance with respect to the movable-side connection conductor, and is neared to a position in one of diagonal directions or longitudinal directions of the pressure tank having a nearly square shape or nearly ellipsoidal shape, and moreover, the operation mechanism is arranged and configured at a position, which is lower than the vacuum valve.

Vacuum circuit breaker

A tank type vacuum circuit breaker uses a columnar or cylindrical insulation rod at a connection portion between an operating mechanism unit and a vacuum valve. The insulation rod is connected to the operating mechanism unit and the vacuum valve by rod-shaped pins. To prevent the insulation rod itself from falling, connection is made by shifting phases of the pins 90 degrees, respectively, each pin being connected to the operating mechanism unit and the vacuum valve. Accordingly, the falling of the insulation rod, the use of an insulation support tube and an insulation support for ensuring mechanical strength, are avoided. Further fastening of those supports by bolts or the like is not needed. Increases in the number of components, the size of the shape of assembly members around the insulation rod, and weight due to such increases, are prevented.
