According to one embodiment, a hose clamp has a leaf spring body, a slit and a first knob piece at one end, and an insertion piece and a second knob piece at the other end. An interlocking piece is formed in the first knob piece, and an engaging holding part is formed in the second knob piece. When the hose clamp is viewed from the outside in the radial direction while the leaf spring body is in a free state of being compressed, the first knob piece and the second knob piece are extended outward in the width direction so as to be separated.

A hose clip of the present invention comprises a leaf spring main body formed by curving a resilient member into an annular shape, a slot hole provided to one end portion of the leaf spring main body, a first lug portion provided to the one end portion of the leaf spring main body on a tip end side from the slot hole and projecting outward, an inserted chip provided to the other end portion of the leaf spring main body to be inserted into the slot hole, a projecting portion provided to the inserted chip and projecting outward as to the leaf spring main body, an engaged portion provided to the one end portion of the leaf spring main body on a tip end side from the slot hole to be engaged with the projecting portion, a second lug portion provided to the inserted chip on a tip end side from the projecting portion and projecting outward, a sloped face provided between the projecting portion and the second lug portion on the inserted chip and projecting outward to a larger degree as the sloped face approaches the second lug portion, and a sliding portion provided to the one end portion of the leaf spring main body on a tip end side from the slot hole for sliding on the sloped face.

Hose clip

A clamp member comprises a shaped belt of spring sheet curled in a ring form with a pair of end leaves crossing each other in a circumferential direction of the ring form. One end leaf is bent in a radial direction of the ring form to provide a grip formed with a tip part configured with a top edge extending substantially in an axial direction of the ring form. The other leaf is bent in another radial direction of the ring form to provide another grip formed with a tip part configured with a top edge extending substantially in the axial direction. The top edge of this latter grip has a raised portion raised toward the other grip. A holder holds the two tip parts close together to enlarge the ring form, and comprises a top wall, and a pair of side walls each formed with a stopper to abut on a top end face of an axially extending portion of a corresponding top edge. The raised portion of the grip facilitates removing the holder with the use of a tool.

A device for opening and shutting in two directions a lid disposed rotatably on an opening of a box body includes a pair of rotary shafts and a pair of lock shafts severally disposed in opposite lateral parts of the opening of the box body, coil springs for interconnecting the rotary and lock shafts on the respective sides thereof and urging the lock shafts toward the corresponding rotary shafts, and an operating member for causing the lock shafts to be moved away from the corresponding rotary shafts against the resilient force of the springs. The opposite lateral parts of the lid have first engaging holes for engagement with the rotary shafts and second engaging holes for engagement with the lock shafts severally formed therein. The springs produce a pressing action to enable the lock shafts to be independently released from the corresponding second engaging holes.

Device for opening and shutting lid

A double-hinged device for a console box of an automobile whose lid can be opened or closed from either lateral side without using a lever or a similar tool. Since the device has a simple construction, it can be assembled easily and manufactured at a reduced cost. Two sets of a number of pivotal members 3 are removably arranged along the lateral edges of a console box main body 1 and two sets of the same number of connectors 4 are arranged at respective corresponding positions of a box lid 2 so that the pairs of pivotal members 3 and the connectors 4 can be releasably and mutually engaged to close the box lid by means of magnetic force or ball stoppers as they are placed in contact with each other. The box lid 2 can be opened simply by pulling upward either lateral edge of the box lid 2 as the pivotal members 3 and the connectors 4 arranged along that edge are mutually separated and the box lid 2 can be swung open around the other lateral edge.

Releasable double-hinge device for an automobile console box

A double-hinge device according to the invention enables the lid of a console box to be smoothly opened from either of a pair of opposite edges from a closed position or conversely closed and locked form an open position by a simple operation. A shaft 3 is arranged along each of the opposite edges of the main body 1 of the console box and an engagement/release mechanism 4 is arranged to the corresponding edge of the lid 2. The shaft 3 is securely embraced by pivotally arranged primary arm 4a and secondary arm 4b under the effect of the resilient force of a return spring 5 fitted between the primary arm 4a and the lid 2. The movement of the secondary arm 4b is dependent on that of the primary arm 4a when the latter is operated to release the shaft from the primary and secondary arms 4a and 4b and open the lid. The lid can be closed simply by pushing it downward until the shaft 3 abuts primary and secondary inclined end surfaces 4k, 4l of a recessed area 6 then opens the primary and secondary arms 4a and 4b against the resilient force of the return spring 5 so that the shaft 3 is embraced by the arms.

A releasable double-hinge device for an automobile console box that makes the box lid capable of being opened from either lateral side by simply sliding it sideways. The opened lid can be closed by a simple action of pushing it down. A number of pivotal pillars 3, each provided with a lock shaft 3b, are pivotally arranged on respective anchor pins 3d and kept upright along each of the lateral edges of the box main body 1 by means of respective recoil springs 4. A same number of lock sections 2a are arranged along and under each of the lateral edges of the box lid 2 in such a manner that the lock shafts of the pivotal pillars are received in respective slots 2b of the lock sections 2a to form a hinge. With such an arrangement, the box lid 2 may be opened by simply moving it sideways so that the pivotal pillars 3 are tilted against the resilient force of the recoil springs until all the lock shafts 3 b on a lateral edge are released from the respective lock sections 2a and the box lid 2 is rotated around the other lateral edge. The opened box lid 2 may be closed by simply pushing it down until the lock shafts 3b are tilted as they are pressed by the respective inclined edges 2d of the corresponding lock sections 2a and then made to slide into the respective slots 2 by the resilient force of the recoil springs 4.
