A flow rate control valve includes a handle rotatably provided on a first body including a second flow path, a needle valve that adjusts the opening degree of the second flow path in accordance with the rotation of the handle, a scale body rotatably provided in the handle, a shaft portion provided in the handle, where the shaft portion can rotate together with the handle and the needle valve to move the needle valve in the axial direction, a clutch mechanism that can transmit rotation of the shaft portion to the scale body and block the transmission of rotation, and a cam mechanism that causes the shaft portion to move linearly. The clutch mechanism transmits the rotation of the shaft portion to the scale body in accordance with the operation performed by the cam mechanism and blocks the transmission of rotation.

Flow rate control valve

A valve body of a speed controller includes a main body that extends along a first axis and a mounting portion that projects from a side of the main body along a second axis that intersects the first axis orthogonally. A first port, a needle valve, and a check valve are disposed in the main body. The mounting portion, which is a portion to be mounted on a cylinder portion, includes a second port formed therein. A position at which the mounting portion is disposed on the side of the main body is away from the first axis in a direction of a third axis that orthogonally intersects the first axis and the second axis.

Speed controller

A fluid control valve includes a first flow path and a second flow path that connect a first port and a second port in parallel. The first flow path includes an opening and closing valve mechanism that temporarily opens the first flow path. The second flow path includes a throttle valve mechanism that restrictedly opens the second flow path. The opening and closing valve mechanism includes an opening and closing valve portion including an opening and closing valve seat and an opening and closing valve body, a valve opening force generator, and a delay valve closing mechanism that closes the opening and closing valve body after a delay time has elapsed. The throttle valve mechanism includes a throttle valve portion. The opening area of the opening and closing valve portion is larger than the opening area of the throttle valve portion.
