Provided is a motor control device which realizes automatic adjustment of control of a motor for driving a mechanical load through a simple operation. The motor control device includes: a follow-up control unit () for receiving detection information of a detector () to output a torque command signal and output a status of motor control of a motor () as a control status amount signal, when a command signal regarding the motor control to be output from an upper-level controller is absent; an oscillation detection unit () for receiving the control status amount signal and detecting oscillation of a control status amount to output an oscillation detection signal; and an automatic adjustment unit () for receiving the oscillation detection signal to monitor a control status of the motor () and adjust a control parameter of the follow-up control unit () only when abnormality is detected.

An objective is to obtain a high robust position controller and a controlling method therefor, with respect to their technique in which control gain, in order to prevent an overshoot due to frictions, is most suitably adjusted. The position controller having a feedforward system includes: a friction-coefficient-estimated-value setting unit for setting arbitrary friction-coefficient-estimated-values; an overshoot-prevention-gain calculator for determining speed-integral-term feedforward gain, based on estimated friction-coefficient values set by the friction-coefficient-estimated-value setting unit; and a speed feedforward multiplying unit for calculating the product of the speed-integral-term feedforward gain multiplied by a feedforward command value that is based on a positional command; the multiplication product from the speed feedforward multiplying unit being used to reduce the feedforward term.

The present invention provides a position control unit having a torque command computing device (a position control circuit, and a speed control circuit) for outputting a torque command signal (q-axis current command signal Iq*) according to a positional command signal .theta.m* given from the outside and a positional detection signal .theta.m for an electric motor, and a torque control device (current control circuit) for controlling a torque of the electric motor according to a torque command signal outputted from the torque command computing device, in which the torque control device selects a gain Kqp or a gain Kqi according to whether an absolute value of a positional deviation between the positional command signal .theta.m* and the positional detection signal .theta.m is larger or smaller than a gain switching reference value P for a positional deviation.

The method of producing an alkali metal azide involves reaction of hydrazine with an alkyl nitrite in a solvent in the presence of an alkali metal hydroxide. As the solvent is used as aqueous solvent and the reaction ratio of hydrazine is controlled within the range between 50% and 90%. The method can produce with high purities and in high yields alkali metal azides useful as a raw material for the preparation of tetrazoles which can be used as an intermediate material for medicines, as a raw material for the preparation of organic azides useful for light sensitive materials for photo masks employed in the field of electronics industries, or as a major raw material for inflaters used in air bags for cars.
