There is provided a centrifugal air blower capable of maintaining strength of a case body and having high handleability and reliability even when an exhaust port is provided to a radial-direction side surface of the case body, and securing air volume and static pressure and reducing noise even in a small and flat shape. In an annular air blowing pathformed to circle around a case bodyat a radial-direction outer side by a first caseand a second casebeing assembled together, a radial-direction side surface of the second caseis provided with an exhaust portpartitioned by a diffuser. The diffuseris formed upright at a bottom plateforming a second air blowing pathand is coupled to an annular end partarranged at a radial-direction outer side.

A plurality of exhaust holes () for exhausting compressed air to the outside of a case body () are drilled at a bottom portion of a second flowing path () in a circumferential direction at prescribed intervals in an annular blowing path () formed by combining a first case () and a second case () around an outer side in a radial direction of the case body (), and a diffuser () inclined diagonally downward with respect to a rotation direction of a centrifugal fan () is provided at a position facing respective exhaust holes ().
