A control system includes: a storage device configured to store a list of priority callees for a plurality of mobile stations; and a controller configured to execute a procedure, including determining, based on call restriction information for call-restricted areas in which a plurality of restricted mobile stations and priority callees included on the list for the restricted mobile stations are respectively located, an allowed calling time period in which calling is allowed to the priority callees on the list for the restricted mobile stations, the restricted mobile stations being a plurality of the mobile stations located in a call-restricted area, and transmitting information indicating the allowed calling time period to the restricted mobile stations.

A redundant monitoring control system includes at least one monitored control apparatus forming a communication network, and a plurality of monitoring control apparatuses monitoring and controlling the monitored control apparatus. A radio access system connects a public switched telephone network and a subscriber unit. The subscriber unit includes a first detection part detecting a telematique signal; and a first control part transmitting a detection signal of the telematique signal on a control channel and transmitting the telematique signal on a traffic channel while bypassing a first speech coding-and-decoding part. The radio access system includes a second control part, provided between a radio base station and the public switched telephone network, transmitting the telematique signal on the traffic channel toward the public switched telephone network while bypassing a second speech coding-and-decoding part when the detection signal of the telematique signal is transmitted on the control channel.

A base transceiver station in a wireless local loop system using a personal handy-phone system constituted by a plurality of cell stations, each accommodating a plurality of subscriber units, a hybrid section integrally handling signals transmitted and received by the plurality of cell stations via a single antenna, and a multiplexing/demultiplexing unit integrally handling the signals transferred between the plurality of cell stations and an existing network, thereby enabling construction of a wireless local loop system which is small in size, can expand the service area without an increase of interference with other base transceiver stations, has a good affinity with existing networks, is provided with ISDN functions, and, at the same time, provides backup against faults and improves the transmission quality and reliability.
