A management system includes an information processing apparatus; a management apparatus; and a load balancing apparatus. And the management apparatus specifies a first processing entity that relates to a first application program whose performance is not guaranteed, upon detecting that a value related to a load of a second processing entity that relates to a second application program whose performance is guaranteed is equal to or greater than a first predetermined threshold, and requests the information processing apparatus to stop the first processing entity, and the information processing apparatus requests the load balancing apparatus to stop allocating processing to the first processing entity, stops the first processing entity upon detecting that a value related to a load of the first processing entity is equal to or less than a second predetermined threshold, and causes a third processing entity to start processing for the second application program.

Management system and method for execution of virtual machines

An apparatus monitors a communication system including at least one communication device. The monitoring apparatus includes a memory, a processor. A second virtual system is generated by changing a first virtual system determined according to a combination of an arrangement of a plurality of virtual machines arranged in the at least one communication device, and a communication path between the plurality of virtual machines. The memory stores system information that represents an arrangement and a communication path of virtual machines used in the second virtual system. The processor receives the fault information that reports an occurrence of a fault. The processor identifies the fault information as being generated in the virtual machine within the first virtual system when a specified fault detected in a case where the fault information is transmitted from any of the virtual machines within the second virtual system represented by the system information is not detected.

The second content provision system determines, in response to a request by a user from a second terminal belonging to a second network, a second content being a same content as a first content, which is provided to the first terminal belonging to a first network or an alternative content for the first content and matching rights of the user. The second content is provided from the second network to the second terminal and can be used by the second terminal. The second content is determined by using content information specifying the first content which is in-use or which the use has interrupted and ownership information indicating the rights of the user and the content provision system acquires the content information and the ownership information from the first content provision system in response to the request from the second terminal.

Content provision system

A disclosed bus system includes multiple server agents corresponding one-to-one with server applications; and multiple user agents corresponding one-to-one with user applications. Bus system

A spanning tree creation unit creates a plurality of spanning trees based on the network topology, and registers the spanning trees to a spanning tree information table. A spanning tree selection unit selects a spanning tree wherein communication resources will be used most effectively, out of the plurality of spanning trees registered to the spanning tree information table. A node setup unit sets the mapping information which expresses correspondence between the requested virtual LAN and the selected spanning tree in each node.

Virtual LAN creation device

A network system composed of a master network synchronization device and a slave network synchronization device. A master network synchronization device transmits hop count information. A slave network synchronization device receives the hop count information from an adjoining network synchronization device, determines a minimum hop count between the device itself and the master network synchronization device based on the hop count information, transmits the minimum hop count as the hop count information, and extracts a clock from the route from which the minimum hop count is received. Also, each of the network synchronization devices can be provided with the second master network synchronization device besides the first master network synchronization device, so that when a system failure occurs in the first master network synchronization device, the second master network synchronization device which detects the system failure performs the operation of a network synchronization master instead of the first master network synchronization device.
