There is provided a medicine dispensing system configured such that a medicine dispensing device includes a sub unit having a function to dispense medicine that is connected to a medicine dispensing device that includes a main unit having a function of packing medicines. There is also provided a medicine dispensing device that can be appropriately integrated with such a medicine dispensing system. The medicine dispensing system includes, in some embodiments a main unit, a sub unit and a transfer device connecting the main unit and the sub unit. The medicine dispensing system transfers the medicine dispensed in the sub unit to the main unit by means of a transfer device and dispenses the medicine at a medicine packing part together with the medicine dispensed from a main storage part in the main unit.

Medicine dispensing system and medicine dispensing device

The disclosed device increases the accommodation amount of blister packages and enables smooth dispensing even if a blister package is bent or similar. The device is provided with: a device body (), a storage container () which accommodates blister packages () in a stacked state, and a dispensing member () which can dispense the accommodated blister package (). The storage container () is provided with an outlet (), which is formed on the base at one end side thereof, and which is for ejecting the blister package (), and a biasing means () for biasing the accommodated blister packages () toward one end side. The dispensing member () is provided with a guide part () for guiding a side edge part of the blister packages (), and biases the blister packages () toward one end side of the storage container ().

Medicament dispensing machine

A medicine dispensing device for accommodating large quantity of blister packages is described. The medicine dispensing device allows for a fast and proper dispensing of blister packages, even when dispensing fractions. The device includes a storage container having an outlet and an opening/closing door provided with a holding part, which moves to a holding position for holding the blister package being discharged from the outlet and a releasing position to release the blister package. The opening/closing door further includes a biasing part for biasing the holding part to the holding position and a reference surface for carrying out the positioning of the blister package when the holding part is moved to the releasing position. A gripping member is provided for gripping the blister package and transporting it toward a cutting member and for returning the remainder, after the blister package being cut, into the holding part of the opening/closing door.

Medicament dispensing machine and medicament dispensing method

A medicament-packing unit contains a sheet feeder, a medicament-feeding hopper and a heat-sealing section. The sheet feeder feeds a packing sheet, folded into two in a longitudinal direction, to the heat-sealing section. The medicament-feeding hopper provides a medicament on the packing sheet fed by the sheet feeder. The heat-sealing section seals the packing sheet to pack the medicament provided on the packing sheet. The heat-sealing section contains a horizontal sealing roller, a first drive motor, a vertical sealing roller, a second drive motor, and a motor controller. The horizontal sealing roller seals the packing sheet in a horizontal direction. The first drive motor drives the horizontal sealing roller. The vertical sealing roller seals the packing sheet in a vertical direction. The second drive motor drives the vertical sealing roller. The motor controller controls the first drive motor and the second drive motor.

Medicine packing unit and packing control method thereof

A medicine dispensing apparatus which allows a prescribed quantity of medicines to be reliably taken out based on prescription data. The medicine dispensing apparatus includes a plurality of cassettes () which contain medicines in alignment, a pressing device () for pressing medicines in the cassette () toward one end side, a dispensing device () disposed at one end portion of the cassette and having a holding recess portion () for holding a medicine, a driving mechanism () for rotating the dispensing device () to a receiving position at which the medicine in the cassette () can be received in the holding recess portion () and to a taking out position at which the medicine held in the holding recess portion () can be taken out, a display () for displaying a cassette () containing medicines required to be dispensed among the cassettes, a driving switch () for rotating the dispensing device (), and a controller () for rotating the dispensing device () from the receiving position to the taking out position by the driving mechanism () when the driving switch () of the cassette () displayed by the display is turned on.

Medicine dispensing apparatus

A drug dispensing apparatus including a cassette for containing drugs in an aligned state, a rotor disposed at one open end of the cassette, a pushing unit for pushing the drugs toward the rotor, a drive mechanism for pivoting the rotor alternately between a dispensing position and a receiving position by operating a drive switch to dispense the drugs one-by-one, and a measuring unit for measuring the present quantity of the drugs in the cassette. The apparatus also includes a memory unit for storing a stock quantity Nof the drugs in the cassette. When the rotor is returned to the receiving position from the dispensing position, the present quantity N measured by the measuring unit is compared with the stock quantity Nstored in the memory unit. If the present quantity N is less than the stock quantity N, the present quantity N is stored in the memory unit as a stock quantity N, while if the present quantity N is same as the stock quantity N, it is informed that the drug has not been taken out.

Dispensing support device and dispensing support method

In a casing, a grasp means and a movement means are provided. The movement means is driven and controlled by a control means with a container box being positioned in a specified position based on coordinate data of an injection drug housing member preinstalled in a coordinate data table for moving the injection drug housing member to a graspable position by the grasp means. Next, after grasped by the grasp means, the injection drug housing member is automatically transported to a desired position.

Injection drug packaging device

A medicine feeder apparatus comprising a plurality of cassettes each of which contains a different kind of medicine and a base portion on which the plurality of cassettes are mounted and which discharges the medicine in accordance with the prescription. the apparatus comprises an identification which is provided on each cassette, the identification showing information on the medicine contained in the cassette; a reader which is provided on the base portion, the reader reading the identification of the cassette during the cassette is mounted on the base portion; and a rock which is provided on the base portion, the rock preventing the cassette from being mounted. If the information of the medicine read from the identification by the reader does not coincide with a previously stored information, the rock is operated, while if coincide, the rock is released.
