A lamp system () includes a straight tube type lamp () and a socket (). The straight tube type lamp () includes a straight tube type cover () containing a light-emitting element, and caps () arranged at both ends of the cover (). A pair of lamp pins () whose tips respectively protrude in directions intersecting a lamp longitudinal direction are protrudingly provided on end faces of the caps () at both the ends. The socket () includes a socket body (), a rotor () which is arranged in the socket body () and on which the pair of lamp pins () of the straight tube type lamp () are mounted, and a pair of terminals to which the pair of lamp pins () mounted on the rotor () are connected. At least the rotor () can move in the lamp longitudinal direction.

Lamp system

When an operator operates an operation tool of a dimming operation terminal device in order to set the brightness of a lighting load to desired brightness, an energization electric signal, for example, a voltage level detected by a dimming control section changes. The dimming control section generates a dimming signal modulated according to the voltage level. Power supply to the dimming control section is performed by an insulated auxiliary power supply. Transmission of the dimming signal is performed via an insulating section.

Luminaire

A dedicated power source for LED lamps capable of reliably detecting attachment of an LED lamp is provided. A dedicated power source has a DC power source portion, and includes a lighting circuit which receives power supplied from the DC power source portion and light-controls an LED lamp including an LED element and a detection resistor connected in parallel to the LED element and an attachment detecting portion for detecting attachment of the LED lamp based on a voltage level changing in accordance with attachment/detachment of the detection resistor by attachment/detachment of the LED lamp.

Power source unit for LED lamps, and LED lamp system

A self-ballasted lamp includes: a base body; a light-emitting module and a globe which are provided at one end side of the base body; a cap provided at the other end side of the base body; and a lighting circuit housed between the base body and the cap. The light-emitting module has light-emitting portions each using a semiconductor light-emitting element, and a support portion projected at one end side of the base body, and the light-emitting portions are disposed at least on a circumferential surface of the support portion. A light-transmissive member is interposed between the light-emitting module and an inner face of the globe.

An illuminating device includes a plurality of kinds of LEDs that emit light having different color temperatures; a plurality of LED lighting circuits that independently light the LEDs for each color temperature of emitted light; and a control unit that selects a first control changing illuminance of the LEDs as a whole by controlling the lighting of the LEDs and a second control changing the colors of light of the LEDs as a whole by controlling the lighting of the LEDs, and corrects an illuminance difference generated before and after the second control.

Illuminating device and illuminating method

According to one embodiment, a luminaire includes a light-emitting module, a first lighting circuit and a back-flow preventing circuit. The light-emitting module includes a light-emitting element and a capacitive element. The first lighting circuit is supplied with power from the first power supply and is configured to activate the light-emitting element. The back-flow preventing circuit interrupts current flowing in a direction from the capacitive element to the first lighting circuit.

Power supply for illumination and luminaire

According to one embodiment, a power supply device includes a rectifying circuit configured to rectify an alternating-current power supply and a power-supply-voltage converting section. The power-supply-voltage converting section includes a plurality of power-supply-voltage converting circuits provided between the rectifying circuit and a plurality of output sections to which loads are respectively connected. Switching elements configured to convert a power supply voltage rectified by the rectifying circuit and supply the power supply voltage to the loads are provided in the plurality of power-supply-voltage converting circuits. The switching elements of the plurality of power-supply-voltage converting circuits are set to at least two different switching frequencies and turned on and off with the respective switching frequencies fixed.

Both ends of a lamp body are mounted on sockets of an apparatus body and a feeding unit configured to feed power to LEDs is provided on the back side facing the apparatus body of the lamp body.

A DC power source unitis provided which boosts source voltage from a power source portion. Self-ballasted lamp having a light-transmissive member in contact with light emitting elements and lighting equipment incorporating the same

A light-emitting device and an illumination apparatus are disclosed. A plurality of LED elements are connected in series between positive and negative lines, and first bypass capacitor is connected in parallel to the LED elements respectively. Each series circuit of a predetermined number of LED elements is connected in parallel to second bypass capacitors. As a result, with the negative power line set as a grounding point, the AC impedance at connection points of the series circuit of the LED elements against the ground is reduced. Thus, the erroneous lighting or 'flicker' of each LED which otherwise might be caused by an external noise is prevented.

Light-emitting device and illumination apparatus

According to one embodiment, a lighting device includes a control circuit that includes a threshold for a case where a pair of the illumination lamps are connected in series between a positive output end and a negative output end of a power supply circuit, and a threshold for a case where one illumination lamp is connected between the positive output end and the negative output end of the power supply circuit. The control circuit determines the connected lamp number of the illumination lamps to a direct-current power supply device based on a voltage between the positive output end and the negative output end of the power supply circuit and a voltage between a non-potential connection end and the positive output end or the negative output end, and selects the threshold corresponding to the connected lamp number to control the direct-current power supply device.

Lighting device and luminaire

In one embodiment, a DC power supply unit includes a DC power supply source; a load circuit connected to an output end of the DC power supply source; a load state detection device to detect a load voltage or an electric quantity corresponding to the load voltage; and a control device to receive the detected output of the load state detection device. The control device controls a maximum output voltage of the DC power supply source so that the voltage difference between the maximum output voltage of the DC power supply source and the load voltage at the time of normal operation falls within a predetermined range in which arc discharge is suppressed.
