The present invention provides a propylene-ethylene copolymer which is excellent in a balance between a heat resistance and an elasticity recovering property and has a good transparency and which is improved in peel whitening brought about by mutual adhesion in storing specific to soft materials, a resin composition for a transparent elasticity recovering film or sheet comprising the above copolymer, a transparent elasticity recovering film or sheet and a wrap film.

Heat-sealing polypropylene films having specific characteristics, and being well-balanced between a tensile modulus and a heat seal temperature, less tacky, and excellent in processability, transparency and impact resistance, as well as being excellent in resistance to whitening due to peeling, softness and impact resistance. A multilayered heat-sealing polyolefin resin laminate having at least one outermost layer produced from the above heat-sealing propylene polymers exhibits excellent low-temperature heat sealability and sufficient interlaminar strength without the use of an adhesive. The heat-sealing propylene polymers are produced by polymerizing propylene or polymerizing propylene with ethylene and/or C-C&#x3b1;-olefin in the presence of a polymerization catalyst containing a transition metal compound represented by the following formula (I):

The present invention provides a wrap film or shrink film formed from a resin composition containing &lsqb;I&rsqb; a propylene polymer in an amount of 1 to 99 mass %, and &lsqb;II&rsqb; an olefin-based polymer in an amount of 99 to 1 mass %, wherein &lsqb;I&rsqb; the propylene polymer satisfies the following requirements of: (1) a meso pentad fraction (mmmm) is 0.2 to 0.6, and (2) a racemic pentad fraction (rrrr) and (1&minus;mmmm) satisfy the following relation: &lsqb;rrrr/(1&minus;mmmm)&rsqb;&lE;0.1. The wrap film or shrink film exhibits excellent characteristics, and does not generate a toxic gas derived from chlorine, such as hydrogen chloride gas or dioxin, when being incinerated.
