Electric motor with stator having step-shaped stator teeth

A method for producing an electric motor provided with a stator core configured by laminating a required number of annular electromagnetic steel sheets having a plurality of tooth portions on an inner periphery thereof. The circumferential widths of the tooth portions become gradually narrower in a stepwise fashion toward an uppermost surface and an undermost surface of the plurality of laminated electromagnetic steel sheets, whereby the shoulder portions on both sides in a circumferential direction of the tooth portions smoothly change. A flexible, planar insulating member is provided having a first portion of a shape similar to a planar shape of said electromagnetic steel sheet, and further comprising flexible ear portions at positions corresponding to shoulder portions on both sides in a circumferential direction of the tooth portions. A coil is wound around the flexible planar insulating member and the respective tooth portions, including the ear portions of said insulating member interposed between the coil winding and the tooth portion, to thereby deform the flexible ear portions to conform the shape of the shoulder portions.

Method for producing an electric motor with stator having step-shaped stator teeth

Provided is an inverter-integrated electric compressor which uses the filter circuit as the substrate to eliminate a bulbar connection, improves assembly properties of the inverter device, optimizes the substrate structure, and makes the inverter device more compact and economical. In this inverter-integrated electric compressor, the inverter device is provided with multiple high-voltage electrical components which configure a noise removal filter circuit, a power substrate on which a power element is mounted, a control substrate on which a control circuit is mounted, and a filter circuit substrate which configures the filter circuit by the multiple high-voltage electrical components being connected in a pattern and mounted thereon, wherein the high-voltage electrical components, the power substrate, the control substrate and the filter circuit substrate are configured to be so as to be unitized together and housed and arranged in an inverter housing unit.

Inverter-integrated electric compressor

In an inverter-integrated electric compressor, a sub-board () divided from a main board is mounted with a communication circuit () and is connected to a communication harness () via a connector (). Further, the sub-board () is configured to be connected to the main board via a connection connector () and to be fixed on the side of a housing () at three or more portions by fixing screws (), and is configured such that the connector () and the connection connector () are respectively arranged close to the fixing screws (), such that a communication line () connected to a noise suppression component () connected to a frame ground of the sub-board () is arranged between the connector () and the connection connector (), and such that a power source line () connected to noise suppression components () connected to the frame ground is arranged along a triangular line passing through the vicinity of the fixing screw () provided at a portion other than the portions of the fixing screws () provided close to the connector () and the connection connector (). The frame ground of the sub-board () is grounded on the side of the housing () via the fixing screws ().

An inverter circuit board to which a P-N terminal is attached such that stress applied to the circuit board can be distributed, making it possible to prevent detachment of the P-N terminal or damage to the circuit board or any components mounted thereon. Also provided is an inverter-containing electric compressor. A P-N terminal via which DC power is inputted is attached to this inverter circuit board, on which an inverter circuit is mounted. The P-N terminal is provided with the following: a pair of pins; a busbar of a prescribed length joined perpendicularly to one end of each pin; a resin molded member formed integrally with the pair of pins and the busbars; and surface-mounting terminals, soldered to the surface of the circuit board, and through-hole terminals, inserted into and soldered to through-holes in the circuit board, said terminals being provided on the pair of busbars.

Inverter circuit board and inverter-containing electric compressor using same

In this inverter-integrated electric compressor, the circuit board of an inverter device is divided into: a main circuit board () having a shape and size that can be housed within an inverter housing section (); and a sub-circuit board () that is electrically connected to the main circuit board (). The main circuit board () is affixed and installed to boss sections () at at least the (four) corners, and is also affixed and supported by electrical components mounted to the circuit board (). Provided is an inverter-integrated electric compressor which has improved assembly properties and assembly precision, and improved productivity. In this inverter-integrated electric compressor, a P-N terminal is provided on the inverter device main substrate, and a power source-side cable can be connected to the P-N terminal by inserting a connector provided at one end; by arranging and mounting multiple high-voltage electric components on the back of the main substrate in the area where the P-N terminal is arranged, a filter circuit is provided on the main substrate. The multiple high-voltage electric components are integrally coupled via fitting units provided on the housing cases of one another and are arranged in a prescribed position on the back of the main substrate with a positioning means provided on one of the housing cases.

An inverter-integrated electric compressor for which an inverter device is integrally incorporated, with a main circuit board being housed while the four corners thereof are supported by boss parts at locations above high-voltage electrical components and semiconductor switching elements. The multiple high-voltage electrical components are arranged in parallel along one side of the main circuit board at one side of an inverter housing part, with one side of the main circuit board being supported from below by the upper surface of these components. The multiple semiconductor switching elements are arranged in parallel along the other side opposing the one side of the main circuit board, at the other side of the inverter housing part, with the other side of the main circuit board being supported from below by multiple lead terminals extending upwards.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inverter-integrated electric compressor that has improved inverter device assemblability with respect to a housing, allows for improved productivity and reduced manufacturing costs, and allows an inverter device, and thus the electric compressor itself, to be made more compact and lightweight. Provided is an inverter-integrated electric compressor (), wherein an inverter device () is provided with a resin structure () formed as a single unit with a housing section for high-voltage system components and a circuit board assembly section, and by assembling a power system circuit board, a control system circuit board (), a busbar, a plurality of high-voltage system components that make up the inverter device (), and the like onto the resin structure (), the inverter device () is made into a unit () and this unit () is assembled onto and integrated with the inverter housing section ().

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inverter-integrated electric compressor in which a DC power input system is simplified as a configuration for directly connecting a power source cable connector to a P-N terminal on a substrate, stress caused to the substrate can be reduced even in this case, and damage to the substrate and mounting components can be prevented. In the inverter-integrated electric compressor, a P-N terminal for inputting high-voltage DC power is provided on a main substrate of an inverter device, a power source cable can be connected by inserting a connector into the P-N terminal, the connector being provided to one end the terminal, an electrical component constituting the inverter device is placed on the opposite side of the P-N terminal to sandwich the main substrate therebetween, and the stress caused to the main substrate when the connector is inserted is borne by the electrical component.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inverter-integrated electric compressor which, even with the connector of a power source-side cable configured to be connected directly to a P-N terminal on a circuit board, reduces the stress on the circuit board by support by a high voltage electric component and can implement this support with high precision. This inverter-integrated electric compressor is configured such that a P-N terminal for inputting high-voltage DC power is provided on a main circuit board, a power source-side cable can be connected to said P-N terminal by inserting a connector provided on one end, a high-voltage electric component configuring the inverter device is arranged in the facing position on the side of the main circuit board opposite that of the P-N terminal, and the electric component is housed in a case and fixed by a resin member; and is further configured such that multiple protruding and receding portions are formed on the edge of the top opening of the case, and stress on the main circuit board when the connector is plugged in is received by the protruding portions abutting against the bottom surface of the main circuit board.

An object is to perform discharge of a capacitor using a motor without rotating the motor even when connected to a position sensorless motor. The motor drive apparatus calculates a voltage pulse width at which a motor does not rotate or vibrate using a both-end voltage of a smoothing capacitor and an inductance estimation value of the motor, and applies a voltage with the voltage pulse width to the motor to calculate an inductance. Then, a rotor position is estimated using the inductances calculated for individual switching patterns. A motor current is caused to flow on the basis of the estimated rotor position to perform discharge of charge accumulated in the smoothing capacitor.

Motor drive apparatus and discharge control method of the same

The present invention has an object to provide an inverter module and an inverter integrated electric compressor capable of reliably suppressing noise interference on a control circuit board and facilitating filling with a resin gel material. Provided is an inverter module including a power system circuit board and a control circuit board () that are integrated through a resin case, in which an insulating through hole () is provided in a region between: a frame ground () connected to a high voltage system formed on the control circuit board (); and a low voltage circuit () adjacent to the frame ground ().

An inter-board connection terminal includes a group of numerous metal terminals which is inserted, individually at both tips thereof, into through-holes in boards to electrically connect two boards, wherein paired resin linking members are provided, which have a predetermined space therebetween with respect to the group of metal terminals and which join the group of metal terminals into a single unit by linking the terminals in the form of a row at both tips thereof near the bases of portions to be inserted into the through-holes in the boards.

Inter-board connection terminal and inverter and electric compressor employing the same

An object is to provide a control board, an inverter device, and an integrated-inverter electric compressor that are capable of improving electromagnetic compatibility (EMC property) and improving reliability against input/output of electromagnetic noise, which shows a tendency towards greater complexity and intensity. A control board to which two power systems, that is, a low-voltage power system and a high-voltage power system, are inputs, comprising a low-voltage circuit and a high-voltage circuit, and a low-voltage-side ground region and a high-voltage-side ground region that are formed in correspondence with the circuits, respectively, wherein frame ground regions are provided at a plurality of positions on the control board, and a plurality of communication line patterns connected to the low-voltage circuit are respectively connected to both the low-voltage-side ground region and the frame ground region through capacitance elements with various capacitances.
