Surface treatment equipment in which a working mechanism housed in a surface treatment tank is moved up and down while keeping the tank in a vacuum state through use of a series of sealing members positioned relative to the working mechanism, and the working mechanism can be rotated or oscillated, is provided.

A filtration device for a surface treatment liquid, in which deposited precipitates can be quickly transferred regardless of the magnitude of the diameter, material, and the like, of particles contained in a used surface treatment liquid. Further, the precipitates are not influenced by the flow caused by the transfer, so that such a situation that the deposited precipitates rise to flow into a surface treatment tank can be prevented. The filtration device for a surface treatment liquid comprises a surface treatment tank in which the surface of an object is treated by a surface treatment liquid; a pool tank connected to a pressure reduction mechanism and communicated with the surface treatment tank through interconnection control valve, in which the pool tank, when its communication with the surface treatment tank is interrupted by the closure of the interconnection control valve after the internal pressure is reduced to a predetermined level by the pressure reduction mechanism, performing in the surface treatment tank surface treatment of the object by utilizing negative pressure to collect and receive the contaminated surface treatment liquid; and a participates liquefaction tank that communicates with the lower end of the pool tank through a communication pipe provided with an open/close valve and into which the participates in the pool tank is introduced.

Washing apparatus

A part subjected to cleaning is cleaned or rinsed with a cleaning agent or rinsing agent having a nonaqueous type solvent or a hydrophilic solvent as a main component thereof. Then the cleaning agent or rinsing agent adhering to the cleaned or rinsed part subjected to cleaning is removed with a cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent. The part is subsequently dried. Otherwise, after the part subjected to cleaning has been cleaned with an aqueous type solvent or wash with water, the part is cleaned and dried with a cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent. The cleaning agent having perfluorocarbon as a main component thereof or the vapor of the cleaning agent can be used for cleaning or rinsing the part subjected to cleaning.

Cleaning method and cleaning apparatus

A washing apparatus capable of easily performing washing work of varied types for electronic parts, mechanical parts and medical supplies. In an external bath(1), a vertically movable table(10) for articles to be washed is provided and a covering member(13) is disposed upwardly of the table(10). The articles to be cleaned are tightly sealed by the covering member(13), whereby a washing chamber(14) is formed in the external bath(1). Since the washing chamber(14) is tightly sealed by the covering member(13), incombustible gas is filled up in the external bath(1) when a combustible solvent is used, thus preventing ignition. When vapor washing is performed, the washing can be performed with low energy by use of a heating device provided in the external bath(1). Washing solutions of different types can be used in the external bath(1) and the washing chamber(14).

A solvent recovering system capable of recovering the solvent wetting solvent-cleaned articles, such as machine parts, electronic parts or medical instruments, without releasing the solvent into the atmosphere. A solvent vapor processing unit is connected by circulation passages to a closed chamber for accommodating solvent-cleaned articles. The vapor of the solvent evaporated from the solvent-cleaned articles is circulated through the closed chamber and the solvent vapor processing unit to subject the vapor repeatedly to adsorption or condensation to recover the solvent perfectly so that the solvent may not be released into the atmosphere to prevent air pollution and harm on health.

A cleaning device having a storing tank storing noncombustible or incombustible liquid, a covering member being formed by placing a lower end opening in the stored liquid in the storing tank, the combustible solvent and the cleaned object being brought into contact with the covering chamber of a spacing formed by the covering member and the stored liquid to constitute the cleaning part for performing the cleaning operation.
