An information collecting system includes a dictionary defining the kinds of each supporting information to be added to job-site data and a database of the supporting information. The supporting information is background information including pieces of information indicating an analysis assist material affecting an analysis and an evaluation assist material affecting an evaluation of an analysis result. That is, the job-site data is included as a factor in a fishbone diagram having a shared knowledge of an organization or an organization knowledge as a characteristic, and the background information is other factors in the fishbone diagram including the job-site data as a factor. Each supporting information is searched from the database in accordance with a dictionary, and each searched supporting information is added to the job-site data in addition to attribute data to generate event information.

Tire sensor device and tire information transmission method

A pneumatic tire production system comprises production lines each including a green tire building station for assembling unvulcanized members of pneumatic tires into green tires. The green tires are vulcanized at a vulcanizing station which includes at least one vulcanizing unit equipped with a plurality of vulcanizing molds. The number of the vulcanizing mold is determined so as to satisfy the vulcanizing capacity which is substantially equivalent to the number of green tires formed at the building station within a predetermined unit time. The system serves to minimize the intermediate stock amount of green tires due to minimized changeover between different types of tires to be alternately produced.

Production system for pneumatic tires

An FA information collecting method in an FA system for managing plural steps for manufacturing products by using a network connected to these respective steps, is described for quality management. In this method, when collecting working front information sent to a data transmission line in the network and generated in each of these steps, from an information collecting end provided to on the network, a desired information is automatically collected based on a given condition from among the working front information. Time changes in desired information are automatically collected based on a given condition from among the work front information. An FA information combining method and the desired information are automatically combined based on the given condition from among collected plural working front information.

Method of and device for collecting and combining FA information

In order to cope with various types of requests for producing data which is predicted in the future, data which has been processed beforehand is not prepared, and raw information and the like which directly flows on a network is observed. When it is necessary to process the raw information and the like, a storage device and the like which is suitable for the amount of data and the processing is prepared. Then, direct access is made to the raw information and the like on the network, and the data is collected and processed independently from the existing device. As a result, it is no longer necessary to have knowledge on a structure of a file or a database in the existing storage device, a method of accessing, a processing history, and the like. Also, the request for processing various types of data, which is needed at the time of amelioration and improvement in the manufacturing processes, can be coped with flexibly and rapidly.

FA information managing method

A tire uniformity measurement and correction apparatus capable of carrying out measurement and correction of tire uniformity efficiently without causing stagnation of a transfer line due to correction of the tire uniformity is provided. The apparatus comprises right and left transfer conveyors arranged in two parallel files for transferring tires; rim shafts provided at each corresponding middle position of the right and left transfer conveyors for supporting and rotating the tire by upper and lower rims; a rotary drum arranged between the right and left rim shafts capable of moving in a right and left direction to be pressed against the tire supported by one of the rim shafts for detecting load condition while rotating together with the tire; grinder mechanism provided on each of the right and left transfer conveyors at a position opposite to the rotary drum with respect to the transfer conveyor; and control means for controlling uniformity measurement by the rotary drum and uniformity correction by the grinder mechanism so that when the uniformity correction of a tire supported by one of the rim shafts is carried out, the uniformity measurement of another tire supported by another rim shaft is carried out.

Apparatus for measuring and correcting uniformity of tires

An apparatus for controlling the transportation of cured tires on a tire feed path including a device for supplying a white tire which can be discriminated positively from the cured tires on the tire feed path, a device for placing cured tires on the tire feed path in such an order that the white tire is followed by the cured tires, a photoelectric sensor for detecting the white tire on the tire feed path to generate a reference signal, a memory circuit for storing tire identification signals by means of which the tires have been cured by curing machines, a circuit for reading the tire identification signals out of the memory circuit under the control of the reference signal, and a device for selectively transporting respective cured tires into predetermined paths in accordance with the read out tire identification signals.
