Attachment clip and attachment structure using same

A rear vehicle body structure including a rear side member, a side sill inner, and a rear floor. The rear side member includes a front portion connected to the side sill inner, a middle portion, and a rear portion disposed on a transversely inner side of the front portion. The rear portion has a first wall on its transversely outer side, and the middle portion has a second wall continuously provided from the first wall to the front portion. The side sill inner has a third wall accommodated within width of the rear side member and connected to the rear side member and the rear floor. The third wall has, on its rear end, a flange portion fixed to the rear side member at a vicinity of a transition point from the first wall to the second wall, on substantially the same plane as the third wall.

Rear vehicle body structure

A flange is provided upright on a top inner peripheral portion of an outer frame of a battery frame. The flange is formed inward with a gradient. A peripheral side wall of a battery cover is formed outward with a gradient to mate with an inclined angle of the flange. The peripheral side wall is taper-fitted onto the outer side surface of the flange via a sealing member and then engaged therewith. Accordingly, since no outward extended element is provided in the flange, the interference between the flange and the floor frame member is avoided and thus battery installing operability is improved.

Electric vehicle structure

A battery frame structure for mounting b thereon for an electric vehicle is provided. The structure includes an outer frame, an inner frame and a bottom plate. The outer frame includes a front frame element, a rear frame element, a left frame element and a right frame element. The inner frame longitudinal frame elements and transverse frame elements. The transverse frame elements are mounted on the longitudinal frame elements, so that a draft passage for cooling fluid is defined under the transverse frame elements.

Battery frame structure for electric motorcar

A floor structure of an electric vehicle powered by batteries mounted thereon comprises an upper unit and a lower unit which are detachably coupled. The upper unit includes a first panel and a first base structure. The first panel is securely mounted on the first base structure in a manner to define a first given space which faces downward. The lower unit includes a second panel and a second base structure. The second base structure is securely mounted on the second panel in a manner to define a second given space which faces upward. Bolts and nuts are used for detachably coupling the upper and lower units in such a manner that the first and second given spaces are merged to constitute a united space. A grid structure is further employed which divides the united space into a plurality of container spaces. Each container space is sized to contain therein at least one of the batteries.
