Disclosed herein is a current sensor that includes a bus bar and a magnetic sensor. The bus bar includes first and second cylindrical structure parts which are coaxially arranged, and a sensing part disposed in a hollow area surrounded by the first and second cylindrical structure parts. The magnetic sensor is disposed in the hollow area. The bus bar is configured to branch current to be measured into the first cylindrical structure part and sensing part and to make at least part of a current component of the current to be measured that flows in the first cylindrical structure part in one direction flow in the second cylindrical structure part in an opposite direction to the one direction.

Current sensor

A state detecting device which can be applied even in a severe environment. The state detecting device includes a chargeable all-solid-state battery, a piezoelectric element which supplies charging power to the all-solid-state battery, and an integrated circuit including various sensors which operate with electric power supplied from the all-solid-state battery. The all-solid-state battery, the piezoelectric element, and the integrated circuit are mounted on one surface of a flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is attached to a flexible object which is either an object to be measured or constitutes at least part of an inner surface of a space to be measured.

State detecting device

Disclosed herein is an inductance element for a magnetic sensor. The inductance element includes a first core comprising a first soft magnetic material and having first and second connecting surfaces, a second core comprising a second soft magnetic material different from the first soft magnetic material and having third and fourth connecting surfaces facing the first and second connecting surfaces, respectively, and a coil wound around the first core between the first and second connecting surfaces, wherein the first core is larger in magnetic field strength at which magnetic saturation occurs than the second core, and wherein the second core is higher in permeability than the first core and has at least partially a meander shape.

Inductance element for magnetic sensor and current sensor including the same

Disclosed herein is a magnetic sensor including: a first core made of a first soft magnetic material, the first core having first and second connection surfaces; a second core made of a second soft magnetic material different from the first soft magnetic material, the second core having a third connection surface facing the first connection surface and a fourth connection surface facing the second connection surface; and a coil wound around the first core between the first connection surface and the second connection surface. The first core reaches magnetic saturation at a higher magnetic field intensity than that of the second core, and the second core has a higher magnetic permeability than that of the first core.
