A syringe-type container for liquid medicine which includes a barrel provided with an easily breakable piercing needle at a distal end of a needle-connecting portion thereof; a gasket inserted and held in the barrel; and a guide means fitted on the barrel from the distal side wherein. The syringe-type container is so constructed that turning of the guide means relative to the barrel breaks off the piercing needle from the needle-connecting portion.

Adapter for transfer of medical solution

The drug solution container with a connector for communicating contains a drug solution container having at a tip end thereof an injection needle connecting part, and a hollow connector for communicating attached to a tip end of the drug solution container, and the connector for communicating contains a cylindrical guide part with a bottom capable of being slidably attached to an opening of a vial, and a hollow penetrating member provided at a center of the bottom of the guide part to penetrate the bottom. The penetrating member contains a penetrating needle at a tip end side with respect to the bottom, and a connecting part at a base end side with respect to the bottom, and the connecting part is connected to the injection needle connecting part through a fragile portion. According to the drug solution container with a connector for communicating, an operation for preparation of a drug solution can be easily carried out in a short period of time without causing injury of an operator or coring.

A prefilled syringe comprises a barrel having at a distal end a needle-connecting portion and at the proximal end an open end, a plastic tubular container having a mouth and a flexible hollow cylindrical body and containing a liquid medicament previously charged therein, and a plunger inserted into the barrel through the open end thereof and slidably held therein. The tubular container is held in the barrel so that the mouth thereof is placed in a lumen of the needle-connecting portion of the barrel. The cylindrical body is peeled off from the inner wall of the barrel and squeezed into a space between the barrel and the plunger when the plunger is pushed into the barrel.

A prefilled syringe comprises a barrel (1) having at a distal end a needle-connecting portion (11) and at the proximal end an open end; a plastic tubular container (3) having a mouth (31) and a flexible hollow cylindrical body (32) and containing a liquid medicament (S) previously charged therein, and a plunger (2) inserted into the barrel (1) through the open end thereof and slidably held therein. The tubular container (3) is held in the barrel (1) so that the mouth (31) thereof is placed in a lumen of the needle-connecting portion (11) of the barrel (1) and that the cylindrical body (32) is peeled off from the inner wall of the barrel (1) and squeezed into a space between the barrel (1) and plunger (2) when the plunger (2) is pushed into the barrel.

Prefilled syringe for injection of two liquids includes a syringe body with an injection port at a closed end thereof, first and second gaskets fluid-tightly fitted into the syringe body to separate two medical solutions filled therein, and a closing member for closing the injection port. The syringe body is provided with bypassing grooves extending in the longitudinal direction of the syringe from a position adjacent to the closed end thereof. Liquid communication means is provided between the closed end and the first gasket. By pushing a plunger, the first and second gaskets are forced to move forward so that two medical solutions are injected one after another.

A prefilled syringe comprising a syringe body of glass; a sealing member with a through-hole extending in the axial direction of said syringe body; a tip member including a top wall, a skirt portion extending therefrom and a tubular projection passing through said top wall, said tubular projection including an outwardly extending projection and an inwardly extending projection; a covering means for closing the outwardly extending projection of said tip member; and a holding member for holding said covering member along with said tip member in place on the mouth portion of said syringe body, said tip member being liquid-tightly fixed to the mouth portion of the syringe body by said holding member.
