Provided is an X-ray tube, including: an electron-beam emitting unit; a target having a first surface and a second surface; a solid heat diffusion member fixed onto the second surface of the target; and a flow-path forming member, which is arranged on a side of the solid heat diffusion member, the side being opposite to the target, and that is configured to define a film flow path in which a cooling fluid forms a film flow that is parallel to a surface shape of the solid heat diffusion member. A protruding portion protrudes toward the side of the solid heat diffusion member, which is opposite to the target. The film flow path has a shape extending along at least a part of a surface of the protruding portion.

X-ray tube, x-ray analysis apparatus, and method of cooling target in x-ray tube

An X-ray generator comprising a target for receiving electrons and generating X-rays, a separator for dividing an internal space of the target into a coolant inflow path and a coolant outflow path, a motor for rotating the target, and a coolant inflow path and a coolant outflow path for supplying a coolant to the coolant inflow path and recovering the coolant through the coolant outflow path, wherein the separator rotates in the same rotation direction as the target when the target rotates. In the X-ray generator in which a coolant inflow path and a coolant outflow path are provided by a separator inside a rotating target, reduced torque load and reduced vibration can be realized.

X-ray generator

Provided is an X-ray generator comprising a cathode for generating electrons; a rotating anode having a cylindrical electron impingement surface, an X-ray focal point being formed by a region in which the electrons impinge upon the electron impingement surface; and a Wehnelt electrode for imparting an electric field to the electrons emitted from the cathode. The Wehnelt electrode has a field formation surface for forming the electric field, and an electron passage aperture formed by the field formation surface. The field formation surface of the Wehnelt electrode is inclined with respect to a plane tangent to an outer circumferential surface of the rotating anode at the center of the X-ray focal point. The center of the cathode is in a plane orthogonal to the field formation surface and aligned with the center of the electron passage aperture.

A rotating shaft is accommodated in a case. A ferromagnetic portion is formed on the rotating shaft, and electromagnets are provided to the case. Many projecting portions are formed so as to be arranged in a direction along which the movement of the rotating shaft is required to be regulated. Furthermore, Many projecting portions are likewise formed on the ferromagnetic portion. According to this construction, magnetic flux occurring in the electromagnets concentrates, so that restoring force occurs in the axial direction with suppressing reduction of the attractive force in a radial direction to the ferromagnetic portion. Therefore, the movement in the axial direction of the rotating shaft can be regulated.

Magnetic levitation actuator

A case (), a rotor () that is freely rotatably supported in the case (), and stators () for rotating the rotor by magnetic force are provided. The stator () contains a core () mounted at the outside of the case (), and a magnetic coil () wound around the core (). An end face of the core () constituting a magnetic pole is formed of at least non-laminate ferromagnetic substance, and exposed to the inner surface of the case () so as to form a part of the inner wall of the case ().
