Provided is a cooling device of an endoscope device. The cooling device includes: a box; a first communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second communicating hole that is a hole provided in the box; a second fan that is provided at the second communicating hole, the second fan being configured to guide gas to an exterior of the box through the second communicating hole to generate an airflow in the box, the gas having introduced into the box from the first communicating hole; and a duct configured to house a heat generator to be cooled, the duct being positioned in the box to allow the airflow to pass through an inside of the duct.

An endoscope apparatus includes: a housing; a first heat generator disposed in the housing; an air feeding unit disposed in the housing and configured to cause air to pass in a vicinity of the first heat generator; a second heat generator disposed in the housing and provided in one of places above and below a flow path for the air, caused by the air feeding unit to pass in the vicinity of the first heat generator, in a height direction of the housing; and a guide plate provided on the flow path for the air, caused by the air feeding unit to pass in the vicinity of the first heat generator, and having an inclination for changing the flow path for the air after passage in the vicinity of the first heat generator to another of the places above and below in the height direction of the housing.

A light source device for endoscope includes a rotational body configured to rotate with a rotational axis as a center; a fluorescent body arranged in a predetermined area of the rotational body and configured to generate fluorescence by excitation light being radiated; an illuminating portion capable of selectively radiating excitation light of a first quantity and excitation light of a second quantity which is larger than the first quantity to a fluorescent body; and a control portion configured to switch between a first state of radiating the excitation light of the first quantity to the fluorescent body arranged in a first area and a second state of radiating the excitation light of the second quantity to the fluorescent body arranged in a second area.

Light source device for endoscope and endoscope system

A light source device for endoscope includes: an irradiation portion capable of radiating excitation light; a rotating body provided on an optical axis of the excitation light and configured to rotate with a rotating shaft as a center; a phosphor arranged in an irradiation area of the excitation light, and configured to generate fluorescence by being irradiated with the excitation light; a light quantity control portion configured to control irradiation intensity or irradiation time of the excitation light; and a rotation control portion configured to rotate the rotating body at a predetermined speed when the excitation light is radiated with a first irradiation intensity or time and rotate the rotating body faster than the predetermined speed when reducing the irradiation intensity or the irradiation time of the excitation light is reduced in the irradiation intensity or time vis-a-vis the first ones.

An optical sensor that detects intensity of light is disposed, inside an optical case, at a position that allows the optical sensor to receive light other than light received by a lens system, out of light emitted by an LED. The optical sensor is housed in a dedicated photometric case. The photometric case is provided with a light guide portion that includes a transmission part and a shielding part. The transmission part is disposed in an optical path of light that directly travels from the LED to the optical sensor and allows transmission of the light. The shielding part blocks indirect light that is reflected or scattered inside the optical case, from entering the optical sensor. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately detect only the light in the direct optical path from the LED.

Light source apparatus

A drive device includes a filter section that includes an optical filter, a transmission section that rotates around a rotation shaft, a first groove portion that is formed to the transmission section, a protruding portion that is formed to the filter section, in contact with the first groove portion, and that moves the filter section from a first position to a second position by moving along the first groove portion in coordination with rotation of the transmission section, and a second groove portion that is formed continuously with the first groove portion, and that is provided along a tangent line direction passing through the protruding portion that is on a circle having the rotation shaft of the transmission section at a center and a radius that is a distance between the rotation shaft and the protruding portion, when the optical filter section is moved to the second position.

Drive device

The cooling unit includes: an opening part through which the cooling media flow in; a first flow path; a second flow path; a first heat generation section; a second heat generation section; a first heat dissipation section that is thermally connected to the first heat generation section, and is disposed in the first flow path; and a second heat dissipation section that is thermally connected to the second heat generation section, and is disposed in the second flow path. The second flow path is disposed between the first and second heat generation sections and the first flow path, and the first heat dissipation section has a thermal resistance value smaller than a thermal resistance value of the second heat dissipation section.

A light source apparatus for endoscope includes: a housing including an intake port; a first heat radiating portion connected to a first light source and cooled by gas taken in from the intake port; a third heat radiating portion connected to a third light source, and cooled by gas taken in from the intake port; and a second heat radiating portion including a lower necessary cooling amount than the first heat radiating portion and the third heat radiating portion connected to a second light source provided in a flow path in which a flow path of the gas that passes through the first heat radiating portion and a flow path of the gas that passes through the third heat radiating portion are merged together, and cooled by merged gas merged on a merged flow path.

A connector system includes a plug section, and a receptacle section having a concave portion in an inside of which the plug section can be inserted, wherein the plug section includes a flange portion including a first inclined surface portion which increases in diameter toward an extraction direction, and a second inclined surface portion which decreases in diameter toward the extraction direction on an extraction direction side of the first inclined surface portion, in which an inclination angle with respect to an insertion direction of the second inclined surface portion is larger than an inclination angle with respect to the insertion direction of the first inclined surface portion, and the receptacle section includes a ball which is placed to be projectable/retractable from a side surface portion of the concave portion.
